We were booked to stay at this hotel from Thursday to Sunday for a wedding. After checking in we went to our room to find it stunk terribly of cigarette smoke. The manager gave us an air cleaner and told us we could not be in the room for 3 hours while it was running. Upon return it did smell better but as soon as it was turned off the smoke smell returned. The room was dirty, there was food and food wrappers under the bed and beetles in the bathroom. We went to the desk on Friday and called and called the phone left here with an unattended desk and noone answered. We left keys at the desk and left to stay with friends as it was a miserable experience. The staff never reached out to us regarding our early departure. I do not recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.

I was very pleased with the customer service, the front desk agent was very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and all the amenities were sufficient for the stay. I would recommend for any occasion, it was a pleasant stay from check in to checkout.

I haven’t written a review for a while, this hotel caught my attention though. I booked this place purely out of the pictures online and am glad they didn’t disappoint. I think the bad reviews here are based on the hotel prior to its new ownership and renovation in Oct 2018. The location is fantastic. It’s barely 2 min off the interstate and about 2 miles away from Harrington Beach. The rooms are super clean. The beds are clean, no bugs, hot shower and Yes, they have a refrigerator, Microwave and Safe - all a big plus for me considering I spend almost 120 days of the year in hotels and I carry quite some expensive stuff with me that I can’t afford to leave in my car. The serve a simple continental breakfast with make your own waffle station, toast, bagels, muffins, juice, milk, cereal and fruit. Sorry no eggs or meat but For the price you pay, that’s Ok. The customer service is great. It’s family owned and therefore you can expect kindness during your stay. They even deliver ice to your room should you need some. The lobby area is awesome. They have a lounge area with deep leather bucket style recliners and sofas sorrounding a fireplace with a 85” flat screen Tv backdrop. Plenty of parking for small cars and trucks. Great price for the area and amenities. I totally recommend this place to anyone traveling on business, pleasure or with family and kids.

I found this place to be a great cheap hotel. Everything was fine and I slept well. No complaints. Room was clean. It was quiet and the wi-fi worked well. They had free breakfast but we went across the street to the Hobo Restaurant.

Booked a king bed room for my husband and me as our friend was getting married a few miles away. Checked in and went up to our room to find 2 queen beds. Go back to th we're desk to complain and all she says is... well that's expedias fault, we dont even have King sized beds here so i dont know why they told you that. Ask her where the hot tub is located... this is the biggest reason we booked here, it is our first night away from our 13 month daughter and I have been dying to go in a hot tub and relax since she was born. Its broken. Of course it is. We go to the wedding and return to find cars parked everywhere on the grass as the tiny lot is full. one of the beds had either stained sheets or they hadn't been washed and what looked to be cigarette burns in the comforter. The AC kept shutting off and was possessed. My husband had to program the t.v. to get it to work and do a channel scan which took like half an hour. About 4am we are woken up by someone loudly moaning and sounding like they are dying accompanied by some arguments with other voices.. it was so loud i could have sworn it was right outside our door. This continues for close to an hour and just as i am deciding if i should call the front desk or the police, i hear sirens. Several squads show up outside and i think its finally over. Nope. Now we hear slamming doors and dogs barking for 30-45 min which we later figured out were police k9 dogs. Breakfast was a joke. Dry dougnuts and mini muffins look a few days old, dry raisin bread, stale cookies and cereal and an unplughed waffle iron with a crusty burned waffle inside. We give up and just want to leave. While packing we see 4 sherriffs outside our window strip searching a car and see them searching the room across from us when we left. Never again. We should have lit $85 on fire.
