I recently spent 7 days at the family run Hotel Carmen with my wife & two friends, for a ski/snowboard holiday & I can honestly say I am struggling to think of a nicer hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were meticulously clean & of a good size (we had the standard double). The bar area was comfortable & cosy,...

I do not remember such a service and smiling staff and the owner of the entire stay at the hotel. Food, especially dinner were great. SPA is also great, clean, roomy enough for all guests. Super conection from hotel to Miara and back with a free hotel shuttle. SUPER, BRAVO! Tomislav Banović, Zagreb, Croatia

The room was very large (like a small apartment), nice balcony where take sunbath, close to the center of the village, as well as on the road for great walks. Great courtesy and availability of the staff. High quality breakfast (genuine local foods). I neve had dinner (this time!!) at the hotel restaurant, so I can't rate it. Very butiful...

excellent family hotel with very friendly personnel. Breakfast buffet was great and dinner cuisine was delicious. Clean spacious rooms and extra bed for our two kids were arranged better than we thought :), enough parking places and close to a center and ski slops. I think what you get for a price you pay is more than acceptable. We really...

Exceptional service, value and location (though not ski-in-ski-out). Hotel Carmen is a bit like the St. Vigilio resort itself - a bit of a unassuming, hidden gem. Over shadowed by its nearby Sellaronde, St. Vigilio lies on the edge of the Tyrolean expanse of great skiing. I always get a bit nervous about taking the inclusive meal options, but the...
