We had a tiny private room with two separate small beds. Clean and nice, with a balcony. Bath is shared. Plenty of food, and it was pretty good, but not as good as some of the surrounding rifugios. A more formal atmosphere too.

Great location, comfortable living area, great food and friendly staff. Dormitories are nice, but the beds are way to squeaky.

What is the hike like to hike here from Rifugio Lagazuoi? Is it difficult, technical, dangerous? Additionally, how does one go about getting to town from Rifugio Fanes?
