This place is clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly. We stayed there for snowmobiling and is located on the trail. We will definitely be staying here again. The only recommendation would be to update the televisions.

This place is a gem! Large king room with a futon and a view of the lake was clean, comfortable and charming. We arrived to a warm welcome and enjoyed a fire in the lobby and a few games of pool in the game room. This will definitely be our go-to place when visiting the north woods!

We stayed one night on a December road trip in the Northwoods. We picked this place because of the price and the service/personality when calling to inquire about rates and availability. The owners are very friendly and try their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. This property is unique in that it offers a downstairs theater room for...

My husband and I took a short vacation at the end of October 2016. We decided on Hiawatha Lodge - we have never stayed prior. The owners Scott and Keilah were excellent hosts, and very nice and accommodating. The lodge provides several small breakfast items each morning along with coffee, juice and milk. Coffee/hot water was available all day long....

We were in the area for the fall color and stayed here because of the reviews on TA. Rooms were spacious and clean. We had a lake view room and enjoyed the scenery. TV's in the room are small but have a huge theater screen downstairs. Didn't have a chance to watch a movie but would make sure we did...

Based on TA reviews of this hotel and others in Eagle River, we booked here for one night. We arrived in the dark so we couldn't really see what the establishment looked like. It's different from the official picture - older and in need of some exterior TLC. But the room was clean (except for a few places on the...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights on a Upper Peninsula road trip that we took last week. The rates of the hotel were by far less than those in the close Minocqua area (which is very tourist-y) and the location was just perfect in Eagle River. The room was very clean and we were conveniently located in...

We needed a place to stay coming out of Isle Royale National Park - we discovered this place on TA, and booked it. What a great choice. To start off, we were late arriving off the island and still had a 2+ hour drive. Calling ahead to advise that we were still coming - Scott was most gracious in advising...

Thank you for taking the time to review us! Your kind review speaks volumes about how great your family is,,,how many people are kind enough to call a hotel and let them know they are going to be late? Being a family owned business and having over 7000 guests during our busy summer months we do get a bit fatigued...

This is our second trip to Hiawatha Lodge. Scott was so friendly as always. The rooms are extra large and very clean. The view is awesome. We plan to come back again. We consider this a destination on our motorcycle trips.
