we rented UTVs and road the Eagle River trail system. Great time! Got to the hotel and were disappointed. Hallways had an unpleasant odor, one Bathroom had hair on the wall in the shower, one sink had toothpaste still in it. We had 3 rooms so it was similar in all 3. Sprayed everything with Lysol, and went to the pool to have another disappointment. Would have driven home but was exhausted from the day. Cannot recommend.
Good place to stay for the price. Easy access and close to everything! Building needs updating... My personal opinion. Loveeee that the pool is open 24 hours. Would stay there anytime for that reason alone! Staff was extremely friendly!
2nd floor REEKS of carpet fresh and god knows what else Found someones underwear and socks behind the broken recliner Maid Service is incredibly horrid. Will not stock coffee or towels and just pulls covers back up over bed pillows Pool is disgusting and has mold growing at filters front desk seems to think this is normal and laughed it off
Friendly staff, too bad they don't wear masks; also did not enforce social distancing and mask wearing by guests. As an immunocompromised person, I felt my safety was at risk. When the staff did wear masks, they were pulled down below the nose. To get in and out of our room I was forced to walk past groups of people (staff included) without social distance or masks.
We were having a great weekend with family and friends before it was to late to be driving, so last minute we decided to stay in town. Our kids were at home and we just wanted a night alone. We paid 128$ For a room with a “jacuzzi” that didn’t work, hair in the shower and no shampoo or conditioner in the room. Then we were greeted by a very rude lady at the front desk who yelled at me when I asked about breakfast and for a tooth brush. We ended up leaving really disappointed in staying there, especially for the price! I mean this place has to be atleast a 3 star hotel if that! We’re in a pandemic and they can’t even take the hair out of the shower for the next paying customer??
