Great staff and very attentive to your needs. We had trouble sleeping the first night due to a light that shone through a transom window. The staff unscrewed the light bulbs so it would not bother us the next night. Breakfasts are simple and simpley delicious!

Just a very relaxing homey place. Very clean and service is wonderful. The rooms are airy and light, Quite and right in the middle of the area for shopping and enjoying the life in this quaint town. Easy to walk around and people very friendly

Yes it may be pretty to look at but we felt almost like we were camping. It could be improved simply with the addition of a 32 inch TV and a clock radio. But if spartan and quirky are your things then this is the place for you.

I grew up in Door County and decided to stay here for my birthday when visiting home. First off, the staff (I hope I get all names correct) were extremely accomodating, friendly, and fun, so thank you Ellie, James, and Scott for making our stay so enjoyable. They were willing to help with anything, and you don't get this kind...

We had booked The Perfect Getaway package that included two night’s stay and a dinner for two in their restaurant, (suites are offered on a first come first serve basis). When we arrived we were welcomed by Ellie. She was very kind checking us in quickly and confirming our dinner reservation for that evening along with asking if we had...

Anniversary retreat. Beautiful house. It is definitely a lovely place to stay at. The staff that runs the inn seems to be very friendly, courteous and wants to make you feel at home. They provided touristy recommendations and had several books about touring the area. I had high expectations for the room after greetings and seeing the lobby. However, my...

The owners are very warm and welcoming and the house is beautiful. This was so much better than staying at a hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms are kept very clean. The house is a beautiful old Victorian with a wrap around porch complete with rocking chairs and there is also a Coy fish pond. There is plenty...

We enjoy the bed and breakfast feel of the Inn. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We liked the smaller and less expensive room better than the larger room. We enjoyed the wine bar at night and the enclosed sunroom with fruit and coffee in the morning. Somewhat pricey.

The first impression is important, and the gentlemen in the reception -come lounge- area was very good, but perhaps not excellent. One of the two was engrossed in a game of football, which showed the rather relaxed nature of the business. On leaving reception and heading upstairs, the age of the stair carpet was apparent, and there being no carpet...

Classic old building with large rooms and soft beds. What is not to like. Watching the tourists of Door country wander the shops of Fish Creek, or enjoying a wonderful freshly made breakfast on the porch. Everything about this Inn was wonderful.
