Room was missing sleeper sofa and the attendant said it was extra 30$ to add a colt picture online clearly shows sleeper sofa and the guy blantely lied. The next attendant gave us a coit and said that room was missing the sofa and gave us the coit for free. Thanks beth

Location was pretty good. The room smelled strongly of cat urine. Room was clean. Desk staff were there. That's about it - nothing outstanding or friendly. Was very noisy. Sounded like people moving furniture above us all night. ALL night! Wouldn't stay again. In all fairness, we did not complain or tell them of the smell or noise.

The room was clean, but had light mold in the bathroom on the wall. This hotel needs updating. We did enjoy the pool, but the signs telling people about the “hot tub hours” when they no longer had a hot tub was kinda hilarious. Might wanna take those down

We stayed one night and they left the back door open and we were concerned about our safety the place was run down and dirty. We were there in the ICU at the hospital. Our friend was passing away. We decided to move over to country Inn for our own safety and because we didn’t get back soon enough they charged me 187 for the two nights, one, we didn’t even stay we took pictures and videos of everything that we complained about. The hospital should quit recommending this horrible place. Wished I could get my money back for the one day we didn’t stay.

This hotel is disgusting! I made reservations based on pictures on website. Upon arrival, we discovered how misleading those pictures are. The exterior of the hotel is littered with cigarette butts, the windows are filthy and many are in disrepair, and there are weird smells in the hallways and rooms. We stayed in a king suite, which, though it had been recently renovated in part, still had old carpet, old curtains, an old, rusty Kleenex dispenser and an old, stained, threadbare couch. The renovations in the hotel were done quickly and cheaply, with paint overspray on many items and pieces of blue tape remaining on many things, including a smoke alarm in the stairwell! One of the amenities listed on the website is a hot tub, and it's shown in the pictures, as well, but when we got to the pool area, we discovered that the hot tub was closed and covered, with a table sitting on top of the cover!! We chose not to cancel our reservation only because we would've lost all our money, but we will never stay in this hotel again, nor will we recommend it to anyone we know.

we got tickets for the Green Bay packers game and needed a hotel for the night seeing iit was a night game and 2 hours from home. if you know Green Bay at all you know hotel rooms on gameday are almost impossible to come by. I looked on the Wyndham site and it showed all rooms booked. I found that on Priceline I could book a room at this hotel even though the Wyndham site showed fully booked. I payed $360 for a $68 room. When I checked in the front desk had my Wyndham rewards number and said it would show on my account.. After getting home my account showed the stay but zero points earned. When I reached out to Wyndham about it they said because I booked through a 3rd party that I would not get my points even after the hotel front desk told me I would get my points. Seems like some kind of scam to me.. Show the hotel as booked full then sell them on a 3rd party site for 4 times the room value and not give out rewards for the stay.

Room was filthy - floor had broken glass and hard pieces of plastic as well as food items (chicken bone, candy bar) all over it, broken window that wouldn’t close , etc Replacement room wasn’t much better (eg overheard bathroom light had multiple dead bugs in it etc.). Should have at least been given a discount (other than for the sizeable pet fee charged reduced) for such horrendous conditions. We should have left and just taken the loss but it was late and we were tired. We’ll never stay there again.

Convenient location, although the bar/restaurant next door was a bit loud. The temperature in the room was either too hot or too cold. There was no way to make it comfortable. Opening the window to cool it off was not an option because the bar was too loud.

Whirlpool was broken and flooded the whole room along with us. Had to leave and try to get another room and nothing available. No one seemed to know how to take care of issue or was overly eager to help us. The check in desk lady was not very friendly or overly concerned that we were unhappy or wet from this whole experience. Had to wait for room to be cleaned and told one hour when we returned in 1 1/2 it still was not clean and there was used ear swaps on floor of bathroom.

I originally made a reservation weeks ahead of time with booking.com. While making this reservation I did not receive any notification that there was an age restriction. After planning my trip to Green Bay to view apartments for when I start college in a few months; I arrived to the hotel and found that the pool was torn apart and had no water in it. The photographer for this facility did them well because it does not look like the pictures. Smudged glass, tourn couches, and it overall seemed that it was dirty everywhere. After arriving I stood in line waiting for the front desk lady to get off the phone where she was rude to the customer on the phone, saying things like, I can't help you with getting here I don't know green bay very well. I dont know green bay and even I knew a general direction the hotel was. I work at a four seasons resort so I am familiar with how guests should be treated and the front desk staff was not helpful in any way. Anyways, back to the point; I finally get service from the front desk associate and she asks for my ID, after giving it to her she said that she could not provide me with a room because I was under 21. The woman seemed like I was burden and did not care to help me or send me to a hotel that could. I completely understand if age was an issue but something should have been mentioned while booking. After that I scrambled to find a hotel because I now do not have a place to say. I'd like to say I am a reasonable person but the facility was not up to my standards and the front desk associate was very rude, unprofessional and extremely unhelpful.

We do not run any shuttle, but "GREEN BAY METRO" will offer free shuttle service. The bus stop is right in front of our hotel, and they will run the shuttle every 30 mins prior to the game and after the game. Hope that will help you. There's another shuttle service called "LAMERS". They will charge $7/person each way.
It depends on what dates are you looking at. Weekends price are not set up yet so they shows high. If you can call us 920 406 8200 . We can explain more on this issue .
