This hotel was remodeled four years ago and is holding up pretty well. We did have problems with the HVAC unit that kept changing temperatures. The internet connection kept logging us out constantly during our stay. We were informed that there would not be any housekeeping due to COVID when none of the staff wore masks, etc. They just want to save on staff. On a good note the breakfasts were fine and the breakfast staff were on the ball with coffee and food even during busy times.

Hotel's Favourite
There is a shuttle to packer games. Stops right at parking lot entrance 8$ Each way. Great option for people attending games. Hotel was clean, had a friendly staff. The breakfast options were numerous.

Friendly staff, made to feel welcome immediately upon entering the lobby. clean and beautifully appointed rooms. Great pool and breakfast. Close to restaurants and plenty of parking, easy to get on and off the Highway.

Great staff, Benjamin Wright was extremely helpful on checking in, all staff was very nice.The room was bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel. Wonderful staff. Breakfast was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool for many hours. Once you were in the room the hotel and grounds were so very quiet. Close to lots of restaurants. No complaints! We would stay again.

Close enough to the game but just out of reach from the chaos of all night parties. It was relaxing to come back from the cold and warm up at the hot tub. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was served hot and fresh.

My family and I stayed at the country inn and suites by radisson Green Bay East on January 8th 2023. First off the country inn and suites are our hotel choice whenever we go out of town and I was just so disappointed with this one. While checking in I was not aware that it was a cashless check inn nowhere on the website or inside the hotel does it say it’s a cashless hotel!! Very frustrating especially when I wanted to pay cash and not have a hold on my bank card.The front desk girl who was working had absolutely no personality and shouldn’t be working the front desk. She was rude and disrespectful. Never once gave us directions to where our room was, didn’t explain the pool hours or tell us about the breakfast times or anything! When asked about the shuttle buses for the packer game she just pointed to a table not saying a word! Totally rude! Second when we got into our room the bathroom door handle was broken and you couldn’t close the bathroom door And the room was dirty. If the maids cleaned the door handles or even attempted to close the door to wash the bathroom floor they would have seen the door handle was broken. When I went to tell the front desk girl about the issue I had with the room she got her assist manager benji very nice guy and very helpful offered to get us a new room and we moved from 133 to room 108. That room wasn’t any better the carpet clearly wasn’t vacuumed and there was stains on it between the beds! The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy and The shower curtain had red stains ( looked like blood) on it and the bathroom mirror was filthy. The pool room was big but that pool that is listed at being a 80 degree pool Is a lie that pool was definitely not at 80 degrees felt more like 60 degrees!!!!!! It was freezing!!! Went to get a coffee from the check in part and there was no coffee made and no one to ask at the front desk to even ask if coffee could get made. I paid $325 and some change and it was definitely not worth it at all! And I never received a email with a receipt. Worst country inn and suites I have ever stayed inn and I will be reporting this the the better business bureau and will never be returning to this hotel again!…

Always the best staff!! Hot tub time is great! Rooms are big and comfy! Located close to so many restaurants, stores and sports arenas. Entryway is clean and breakfast is a good variety. It is easy access to the Hwy as well.

Needed a place to stay that was close to the Bay Care hospital and when my husband was unable to leave the hospital as planned, I called back and was able to get my room back without any problems. I thought maybe with a Packer game it would be hard to get it back. Very pleasant staff. Also has an awesome breakfast.
