May-Jo and her husband run an amazing B&B! My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was simply amazing! We had the suite which is on the top floor of the house. The suite was extremely spacious, warm, cozy and clean! We got new towels every day and even cookies left for us. Every morning, we could have breakfast in our rooms or in the dining room. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and filling. Her homemade jam is amazing! We could not recommend McConnell Inn enough. It is steps away from the shops and restaurants downtown and also steps away from the lakefront. You're definitely missing out if you don't stay here during your Green Lake Trip. We are so happy we stayed here during our trip!
Just an absolutely wonderful and perfect experience. The inn is so cozy and sweet. Fully updated beautiful shower. Breakfast was so delicious. The owners are the nicest people and so attentive to the guests. Sitting on the porch swing in the morning, sipping a cup of coffee, it was just wonderful. I will come back again and again whenever I'm in Green Lake!
I visited the McConnell Inn last weekend and was so impressed! The Inn and its decor are quaint, welcoming and homey. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom even had a heated floor! The breakfast was brought to my room at a prearranged time and it was nothing short of heavenly! I can't recommend the gracious service, comfort and coziness of the McConnell Inn enough!
We were extremely charmed with the accommodations here. This quaint little B&B is so cozy and inviting. The owners are attentive and very sweet. The breakfast was so delicious and filling. Affordable and worth every penny. My husband and I planned a little evening getaway and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. We booked the suite and had the entire third floor to ourselves!!!!!The jacuzzi tub was a bonus! If you are ever in the area...stay here!
My wife and I have visited the McConnell Inn on three occasions. Each visit has been most enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts provided by Mary-Jo and Scott are outstanding. The Inn is an easy walk to several downtown restaurants and bars. One is able to either enjoy a quiet get-away at the Inn or explore the beautiful lakeside area. We enjoyed short trips to the near town of Ripon and also to several Amish bakeries and stores. The countryside around Green Lake is quite beautiful. We highly recommend this property.
