Very clean, very nice people. Quiet rooms and dark when lights off. No glowing microwave clock or nightlight. Wolfgang Puck coffee in room was good. Lobby in process of being updated, what we could see it will be very beautiful. Cafe right next door. Good food.

We stay here a few times a year. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is great. The staff has always been friendly and we enjoy this property. We didn't use the pool this time but have in the past with no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and bathrooms were pleasant and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was standard offering that I've seen in other hotels. The chlorine smell from the pool was strong in the lobby area. The hotel is on a main thoroughfare of Medford which receives quite a bit of semi-tractor traffic. I think rooms on the back of...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your comments are very much appreciated. You are very correct when you say the chlorine smell was strong during your stay. We did have a small problem with one of the chlorine pumps that caused the smell. I can assure that is not normal. The problem has been corrected and...

Clean, quiet and in a small town (Medford, Wi). Come to town for family and grateful to find a place that is updated in a small town. Staff were super helpful and that is always appreciated when traveling.

As a last minute find the staff was quick to accommodate. We encountered friendly service, no lines and no extra paper work. They emphasized "no smoking" very harshly with a $500 warning. No biggie for us as we don't smoke anyhow. The hot tub and pool are open until 10pm for children and midnight for adults. I gave the hot...
