When I see a property that has an attached convention center, I automatically expect the environment to be slanted toward that customer. This Marriott was sold, but far from spectacular. My room showed beyond typical wear and tear. I usually hope for better in the flagship brand, but this Marriott was average. Nothing bad. Nothing great either. I'd stay again,...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your feedback and am happy that you still had a positive experience staying at our property even with the atrium area noise intruding into your room and that your room itself needs some attention. If your travels do bring you back to the Madison/Middleton area please reach out to me personally and I will...

I prefer Marriott and Starwood (now all Marriott of course) properties when traveling for business. This is a full service Marriott, convenient to my client site. The rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. The bar area is big and has a decent beer selection (always like a bar with a number of local beer varieties, and this place has it)......

This place is a dump compared to other full service Marriott properties. The room is way outdated, strong reflection of management. The GM is incapable of being flexible with cancelations, see other post as this is a common theme. The GM's breath stunk of cigarette smoke as I was speaking with him, I had to put my finger under my...

The staff were very professional, polite, and prompt. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The beds though did tip on us when sitting on the end, so be careful. We were surprised there wasn't a fridge or microwave in the rooms of us or our coworkers. Water pressure was great. Ample parking. We will be back without hesitation.

Pretty nice hotel, with clean rooms and bathroom. Access to executive lounge on 10th floor was a plus although the evening snacks were meager. Breakfast in the lounge was OK, nothing special. No trash can liners in the trash cans within the room - which is disgusting given what people put in these trash cans. Why save pennies on trash...

Stayed here for a few weeks when unable to stay downtown Madison. The room is large with small windows making falling sleep quick. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot, although shower head could be more forceful. Had access to logune which was awesome. Susan and Jason made sure everything was taken care of, food offerings were great....

This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. No issues at all, nice clean comfortable room, modern furnishings. I think this hotel has been heavily remodeled as the building configuration is substantially different from other Marriott's I have stayed at.

I was here on business for a meeting held in the hotel over two days. The hotel and the staff were great, always polite and on top of all questions and helpful. The room was nice and the location of the hotel was good with restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would have no reservations staying here again.

Marriott is my go-to hotel chain so I've had the pleasure of staying in quiet a few properties. This stay was not a pleasure. Only positive; it was clean. It is an older property that needs some updating. I believe it is converted from another brand because it is not a normal Marriott layout. The biggest disappointment was the service....

They cancelled my original reservation because they overbooked the hotel. When They never contacted me because they misspelled my name About 10 days before my trip, I called to confirm and that is when I rebooked my reservation at about 40 dollars more for the two nights. That call took one hour and ended with someone from the hotel will...
