The Marriott Madison West is actually in Middleton and outside the walking areas of downtown Madison for anyone making a visit to see the tourist attractions. Otherwise the hotel was a comfortable and clean choice with a very spacious lobby/dining area. The executive lounge is closed on the weekend so only water obtained from it, but free breakfast downstairs instead...

We stayed here for two days and I just loved the rooms. The rooms are large, seems like they could have used the space by reducing some areas, but maybe not! Check in was a breeze, however it would be nice if they offered free water or a welcome kit for faithful Marriott rewards members. I do love the location...

The hotel was just OK, the front desk staff was somewhat friendly. The room was small and dingy for the price. Luckily I am platinum with Marriott so I did not have to pay for the WIIFI. The bar/dining was terrible, I don't blame the staff as they were under staffed and not well trained, I blame the management for...

I have been here for quite a few business conferences. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. Coffee maker in room. Nice conference rooms too. Quite a few restaurants close by within walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay here for a miniature convention. Nice rooms, great staff. The only complaint I have was the service at the restaurant / bar. It took forever to be served, a couple of times we left and went elsewhere to eat. You would think that when you have a large number of groups in your hotel you might...

My stay was very pleasant at the Marriott West Hotel. The front desk staff was one of the friendliest I have encountered while traveling. It is very clear that people are a top priority at this hotel. Shout out to Jose for shuttling us back and forth to dinner and to the gentleman who supplied me with a charging block...

We have stayed twice now at this hotel for the Great Taste of the Midwest beer festival, and have enjoyed the hotel both times. Located in easy walking distance of Capital Brewery to catch the shuttle is nice. As well, the first year, the hotel's shuttle took us to and picked us up from the festival, though the 2nd year...

Great service along with comfort. My suite was huge and the king size bed was comfortable and clean. The Concierge Lounge is roomy with the usual breakfast and evening snacks. Susan is pleasantly accommodating. The shuttle service availability was convenient and on time for airport trips and daily trips to and from work. Falling Water, the restaurant in the atrium,...

This is now the 3rd time I have stayed here, and it has gotten better each time. The staff and the welcome was nothing short of phenomenal. The concierge lounge was very nice and well stocked. The lady up there was really friendly as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Other than the bacon smell in the room in...

This is 9th time we stayed here. Not worth the money. My employer takes care of accommodations and pay for the room. This was not up to par. As a standard procedure when checking into a room I pull the sheets back. The one bed had not been changed from the previous guest. I called the front desk and said...
