We stayed at the ambassador for the first time on our last trip to Milwaukee. The hotel is really cute in the 1920s Art Deco style. The staff all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, which included moving us to a new room with a great view when we complained about the neighboring...

When I brought photos of dried vomit to the front desk they were dismissive. They asked if the sheets were dirty or stained. Need I say more. Sticky stuff on nightstand. Security guards on the floors and security cameras everywhere. Especially as young women, be safe and stay somewhere else.

This is a great hotel. Very modern, nice staff. Only caution is to ask for the larger rooms. Rates are the same but the rooms vary based on location and floor plan. We had stayed there before and loved it. This time we were disappointed in the room size.

Went for an over night stay and it was a complete wow experience. Did not know what to expect from the unassuming exterior. Then you walk through the front doors to a gorgeous Art Deco lobby. Staff, restaurant, bar and room were amazing. I am definitely staying there again.

Enjoyed the style of the hotel, not a chain hotel. Will stay here again! The staff was great! The rooms were good size and clean. The waitstaff in the bar and cafe were true professionals. We have stayed in a handful of Milwaukee hotels, this one felt a little more cared for than the Hilton or Pfister, but still could...

Our room was nice but expected a little more. The beds were super comfy. Curtains were ripped the love seat pretty worn. did not get the room we booked...they did however comp our parking but she wasn't the friendliest about it all. We were all settled in and ordered delivery only to have to dress and go to the lobby...

This hotel is a hidden gem. It is an old hotel that has been beautifully restored. This is my second stay in the past year and both times the stay has ranked exceptional. I've eaten in the restaurant and the pub and the food was reasonably priced and tasty. Nice atmosphere.

For the price of a king suite it was just ok. It came with a whirlpool tub and when you turned it on the water was very cloudy not impressed! And I felt the room over all could be updated and the water pressure was horrible in the shower.

Everything from the room to the dinner in the cafe was great. My bathtub didn't work on the last night I was there and there was there was ZERO effort put forth to either fix it, or apologize for the structural failure. The front desk's attitude wrecked an otherwise good stay.
