Bath was too small to have a bath. I am 5 foot 8 inches, Wife is 5 foot 2 inches neither of us could have a bath as only child size. They must get longer and deeper baths so adults can use it. Shower very poor also.

My family room was ok, cleanliness as expected. Room was boiling on arrival with heater on full. Windows were all damp and mouldy. Overall, not bad for 60 quid for 4 of us, including two 2 year olds.. Tea tasted gross, maybe the tea bags. Lots of banging and noise from people above us. Woman on desk friendly.. chats too...

Was booked in the travelodge for the night. After a long tiring day got to the hotel at 11pm, Chris and Ella greeted us at the reception and checked us in. Must say they went out of their way to help us. Keep it up both of you.

Good, clean and welcoming. Minor gripes about the free half hour WiFi and the lack of a wet room level access shower in the 'accessible' room. When my wife is having to use her wheelchair this would have meant having to lift her over the side of the bath to have a shower. Should be made aware at time of...

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It has a good location for us for a quick stop over in Bristol on our way down to Devon. Despite being on a busy retail park, it was quiet and we were not disturbed. Lots for restaurant in the vicinity too.

the manager was friendly and most helpful... 5/5 for customer service! Only reason I didn't give a 5/5 for the hotel was that the carpark was really messy - probably not fault of Travelodge but gave poor first impression.

Our room was large enough for an overnight stay and everything was clean and tidy and well maintained. Reception was very helpful and ensured we settled in well and that we had had a good stay when we left. The one downside is that there is only 30 minutes free internet.

We expect simplicity in a Travelodge. We know it's not going to be luxury. We use them a lot for work and stopovers. This Travelodge however was awful! An older property in desperate need of a refurb. No lift. Poor sound proofing. The room was cold. The pillows akin to resting your head on a 7" concrete step. Thin duvet....

Nothing wrong with the hotel, all as expected from a travelodge although there are connection issues with wifi. The biggest issue is the fact that several vehicles were broken into during the night between 11.00 a 01:00. The car park is poorly illuminated and isolated.

Clean, affordable and located near restaurants, and shopping. Not far from downtown and sights without downtown prices. Very clean, simple but very adequate accommodations. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
