We spent one night at the Pleasant Lake B & B. It was so nice and peaceful. Our room was nice with a little deck on it, with a great view of the lake. We took advantage of the firepit and had a great fire. Our morning was enjoyable with the owners and another couple. Wonderful breakfast and nice company....

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pleasant Lake Bed & Breakfast. We arrived about 6 pm, and were able to go right to our room and get comfortable. The room was very nice, as well as the entire home! Great views of the lake, excellent breakfast! The house has a very nice country feel to it, and the hosts...

I was in Bernard's room on the second floor, and would consider it or the first floor room again. However, the lower level rooms were kind of interesting, and I would not select that suite--it felt confining and didn't have the nice lake views. Children were accepted, which wasn't the case with other area B & B's--though these were pre-teens,...

My stay was all I hoped for, an unpretentious B&/B with excellent service from reservations to checkout. Wonderful hospitality and food, a lovely bedroom with a private deck looking out onto Pleasant Lake.

So quiet and peaceful, surrounded by abundant wildlife. We enjoyed a cozy outdoor fire at night and cruised around the secluded lake the next morning in the paddleboat. The hosts were warm and welcoming and served a delicious homemade breakfast. We highly recommend this retreat.

We knew exactly what we wanted - a pretty lakeside room, quiet country setting to ride bikes, swim, take walks, pick berries --and this B & B delivered that, and more! Our own lakeside deck with hummingbird feeders and comfy chairs were perfect for reading and relaxing. Excellent breakfast, accommodating and well-informed host, and flexibility with arrival/departure times made this...

The amenities are very nice. I felt welcome and comfortable. The best thing I could say about the Pleasant Lake Bed and Breakfast is that this was our second stay and we will have more in the future.

We had to go back to the Pleasant Lake B&B for a return visit, because we enjoyed it so much! Richard & Char are very sweet and they make you feel right at home there. It is definitely a home away from home, with the beautiful woods and lake surrounding the property. You can relax out on the patio with...

“There is no less-than-good room! If you would like easy and private access to the outside, the suite is for you. You will find plenty of room to store your gear without cluttering your living space, and it contains a small 'frig for your treats.”
