We were not happy the place smelled musty, and the train ran by there. We were charged for the room twice on our credit card. When we spoke with the motel they were not willing to take care of that. They were very uncooperative, make sure you check your bill. Would not recommend staying there

Small place but it had everything we needed and was clean. There was a small fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable and the owners/managers were very nice. We would stay here again.

We decided to move over here after the dishonest owner of Bridgeport Inn price gouged us and didn't actually have some of the amenities that were promised. Prairie Motel is very simple, but it is extraordinarily clean--I've stayed in over 20 hotels, hostels, motels, and inns over the last 4 months, so I know clean and not. They are definitely...

we stayed here for one night and found it perfectly adequate for a one night stop,ok so the rooms are not large but they have everything you need and are clean. the owner is very pleasant and helpful and he pointed us to a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance.it is also good value for money.

I think we got the last two rooms in the city so we couldn't be picky. This is a typical old style Motel where you park in front of your door. Front desk clerk was helpful in finding parking for our van and boat. Rooms are very run down, but the beds were soft and the tv's were tiny. Otherwise...

After driving 12 hours all we wanted was a room with a hot shower and a bed to fall asleep in. (The wife wanted internet connection, I was going to sleep!) The owner took us to the room to make sure it was OK and that we had internet connection. The extra pillows were a welcome sight. We stayed in...

What a wonderful little place! We loved the room and the service. Very clean and roomy. The motel staff are lovely people. Very friendly. Close to everything. We've been staying here for over 15 years and always come back!

The manager was great. He answered any questions I had and each day would check to make sure I did not need anything in the room. The bed was comfortable, the room did not smell and the shower was great. There was a working soda and ice machine on the property. The rooms were quite and the hotel was situated...

I slipped on the VERY Slippery floor of the shower and hit my head on the sink. (I am a motorcycle rider and very fit and have NEVER slipped in the shower.) The hotel manager (he told me his name was Ken) was very rude and blamed me. When I called him to come to the room to see my...

Perhaps we came at a slow time, but it was only $60 for two adults. I have been all over the place, and this was one of the cheapest hotels I have ever come across. It actually had a lot for the price too. Two queen beds, a fridge, and microwave. The manager said all the rooms had them. There...
