Very clean and neat rooms, excellent, courtious helpful staff. They had great breakfast for you in the morning. Very fast and easy checkin and checkout. I am handicapped and require oxygen 24/7 . The room I had was also fully equipped for any needs you might require such as shower chair, grab bars in bathroom.
Everyone was friendly nice and always checked if we needed towels or blankets. It was a good stay. I would recommend this place to my friend's and family. They were on top of everything. Good job staff
This is the most horrendous hotel I have ever seen. Bodily fluids (looked like snot) on all walls, broken curtains, stained and broken lamps, spiders, cobwebs, sticky floors, ripped chair - everywhere I looked was disgusting. Our window screen was missing and the dust/yuck on the dirty windows revealed someone tried opening our window. The health inspector needs to shut down Super8 Sheboygan immediately.
Checked in July 10, 2019. Nobody was manning the desk when I walked in, but shortly had “Brandie” approach me at the desk. Instead of offering a warm greeting, she scolded me for squealing my tires in the parking lot. This upset me a lot because I did nothing of the sort and when I told her she was mistaken, she held firm, refused to apologize, and continued to falsely accuse me. If I had not already paid for the room via Priceline, I would’ve left immediately. Usually customer service at the front desk of hotels (any hotel) is some of the best customer service you get in life. This was the worst. I told her to go outside and confirm there are no skid marks and then when she realizes her mistake she can apologize. She refused and accused me again. She said it was on camera and I was the only vehicle in the lot at the time. I told her to pull up the camera and prove it and she refused and accused me once again. Keep in mind I’m driving a very old, slow, heavy work van. There is no possible way to squeal the tires. My vehicle is incredibly slow and even with the pedal all the way down, it barely accelerates let alone rips the tires loose. Spoke to my wife about the interaction after checking in...wife and I took separate cars and she arrived a few seconds before I did. Wife said when she was turning into the parking spot, the tires on her HONDA MINIVAN made a very small noise in the parking lot when turning into the parking space. Keep in mind this is a MINIVAN with 3 little kids inside turning at 1 MPH. Crazy lady at the front desk would have you believe somebody is doing donuts in the parking lot. Totally crazy. Never staying here again. Also, I sell mattresses for a living. The mattresses in this hotel are horrible. I would know, as I try hundreds of them every month. These mattresses are immensely firm. I can tell you that 4 out of my 5 customers if they tried a mattress like what they have in this hotel, they would be complaining about the beds being uncomfortable. Only if you are 400-500 lbs and like an extra firm mattress will this hotel be comfortable for you. Anybody below 350 lbs should sleep elsewhere. …
This place was very poor, dirty bathroom and lots of late night noise, including a dog barking in the room acrosse the hall. It's cheap for a reason. I stayed here for a golf tournament at Pine Hills CC. All I am looking for is a place to sleep for a night. This place is a total fail.
