Each day is a different buffet menu. The menu is posted on the board by the dining room just before morning service. There is always fresh fruit, sweets of some type, biscuit and gravy some mornings, eggs and sausage, and some mornings pancakes.
I think if you want a definite idea about the breakfast, you might ask at the registration desk if they can give you that information.
