We stayed here for a family reunion and were disappointed in the facility. It seemed a bit of a "has been" resort, although the golf course itself is beautiful and appears to be well maintained. Our group are not golfers, we booked this resort because of its location. There were obvious maintenance issues, including the landscaping immediately around the hotel....

Visited Spring Green in Mid-July with a group. Our stay was mid-week and the resort seemed pretty slow for peak vacation season. Room rates were pretty expensive. Food was expensive. On site restaurant was OK in terms of food, but servers ranged from merely competent to laughably inept. Perhaps the fact that there were almost no diners had something to...

We stayed here overnight and used the shuttle to go to an evening performance at APT. We also went to an afternoon performance of a different play at APT, but unfortunately the resort has discontinued the afternoon shuttles. The distance is not very far, but the APT parking lot is horrendous after a performance and the shuttles are one of...

We had an excellent room. View from the balcony was beautiful. Very lush and green. It was neat, clean and very quiet. Staff was very friendly and nice. Food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the scallops and steak.

The resort could not be in a better location. Surrounded by trees and sitting above the golf course this resort is located on a fantastic piece of property. Once you enter the building you begin to see that it has not been updated, ever. The rooms are very dated but have a lot of charm like the pocket doors. The...

Considering that we paid near $200 a night for this place, I would have expected a bit better. Being located 10 miles from town, I thought that the "resort" would have offered better/more amenities. The only 1 thing this place has going for them is the view from our room. The room itself was nice, until I noticed hair in the...

I agree with many of the reviews that talk about a need for updating. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. Every hotel/motel that I have stayed at over the last several years has had a well functioning and reliable WiFi system. The WiFi system at the resort was often not available and download times were very...

We were on the second floor and was super impressed with this resort. I don't know if I would classify it as a "resort" but it was nice either way. The grounds were BEAUTIFUL and clean. My favorite part of this resort is the layout. The house on the rock is weird and strange, this resort is the exact same...

We only stayed one night before seeing the House on the Rock, but it was a very pleasant stay. We read the reviews which concerned us, but we found that the resort was clean, well furnished, and nicely decorated. It was nice to have the bedroom separate from the sitting area. Other nice features were that the bathtub had jets,...

We were very relieved to find a most pleasant experience. The reviews had us a bit concerned. The place is beautiful! The rooms were very nice and clean. Loved the separate queen bedrooms, huge windows displaying well manicured grounds, and modern decor. I was sad there were so few people here in such a fabulous place.
