A quaint motel that was simply awesome from the retro furniture throughout the motel, to the convenient location immediately to the left off the Sturgeon Bay Bridge, to the hospitality of the motel staff as well as the interesting significance of how this motel continues to influence music! The beds were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was included and...

I made a reservation at the Holiday Music Hotel because it had great reviews and the decor looked quirky. However we discovered there is so much more to the motel. You can tell the staff and owners really care about the building and what it represents which is a local venue for fostering a local music scene. We were fortunate...

If you are looking for a run of the mill hotel, go somewhere else. They took a 1950 motel and refurbished it nicely in the style of the time. Steel furniture, opening window, help yourself breakfast... And a good dose of nostalgia for people my age.

Our room was very clean, the staff were so helpful, and the location just off the bridge was very convenient. I loved the retro look of the place. It's close to downtown so there are lots of spaces to explore. The performance space is simply cool, and the CDs are great. Bluefront Cafe is just a walk across the bridge...

Great place to stay. It was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the retro style at the motel. Staff was really friendly. We stayed 3 days while exploring Door County on our bikes. If you want a simple yet great place to stay, we would highly recommend the Holiday Music Motel!

I stay with the folks at Holliday, because it feels like home away from home. Everyone is friendly, the rooms are always spotless, and I love the retro decor. and walking distance to entertainment and good resteraunts.

Room was very clean and breakfast and coffee was wonderful. Great staff and I loved the musical/musicians theme. It was neat to learn about the history behind the motel. The lobby actually had musical instruments that you could play. Loved it!

We started to stay at Best Western but they didn't have a ground floor room. We were in no hurry so we drove around and came upon the Holiday Music. We loved it. We only planned on one night but the bed location and zany retro motiff was all we needed for a visit to Door County. We used it...

Love this place! The retro vibe was so perfect that I wished I had a poodle skirt and saddle shoes to complement. Now, sometimes one may hear "retro" and think that the rooms are tiny and uncomfortable with twin beds and a black and white TV - that was not the case here. The room we had was spacious and...
