I had a 5th floor room that was extremely small, no amenities, and a window blind that wouldn't open. Plug for electricity in bathroom was well over your head. Desk staff was good and supplied what I needed. Linens old and poor quality

7 floors of suck. More times than not the elecator did not work. I had the housekeeping want me to turn off my AC in the summer time on the 7th floor. They wanted me to take out my own trash (which is their job) and they said it was a fire hazzard that I left a pizza box in front

I was passing through doing shows in Duluth MN. This hotel was conveniently located for downtown Duluth, quick drive. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were cozy and the lobby had a nice rustic feel. Attached restaurant with great food.

"If you are the type of traveler that wants fancy and frills this is NOT for you. But we love it."
"It is the tallest building in superior wi so I would try and get a room on the 7th floor, you can see forever!!!"
"Mine was to the left as you left the elevator I can't remember which floor. It was quiet but sometimes I could hear the wheels on the tile floor outside. I take my hearing aids out to sleep so it didn't bother me."
