My wife, baby, and I - Spent several nights.

The rooms are small, but neat and clean. The owners (Marvin and Jennie) are friendly and helpful.

The location is great - Everything you need is within a short walk. The town is small, but very nice.

The price $49 is Very Good - Their price included taxes/fees. They also offered discounts for extended stays.

Overall - I would recommend this motel. Good Value/Good Location - The motel very much fits the area - Simple/Basic/Nice.

Me and my wife recently stayed at Heritage Court Motel while visiting Thorp. This is such a fantastic bargain if one does not want to pay for amenities such as a pool. At $55 per night, this property is way less money than other properties in the vicinity.

This throw-back motel is conveniently situated approx. 1/2 mile from the freeway on the main drag of Thorp. You are in walking distance from a few bars and a great little restaurant that makes excellent breakfasts, (or a fantastic malt if you are in the mood).

At $55 per night, of course the rooms are small but very clean! The owners take good care of the place and are very helpful and accommodating. They have Wi-Fi and cable TV. These rooms would not work well for a family of 4, but are more than adequate for two adults and one small child. These rooms are perfect for single persons traveling for business who wants to keep their costs down. We would definitely stay there again.

I spent one night at this motel in August. My interactions on the phone with the owner were great, he was very helpful and accommodating. The room itself is outdated, pink decor, crooked sink, but clean enough and nicely maintained. Unique arrangement with one double and one twin bed. TV without cable. You get what you pay for-- can you beat $50? And I like to support local privately owned businesses so I would stay there again! There's another hotel in Thorp, a big chain that costs twice as much; you get what you pay for.

Thank you for your review. We greatly appreciate it. We actually do have cable tv and wi-fi in our rooms. I am not sure what was going on that you were not getting cable. We will look into it. So sorry about that.

I was so disgusted and disappointed with my stay here. The room was dirty and dusty (cobwebs, grime along floor boards, bugs in windowsill), the shower was FILTHY, the entire room was EXTREMELY outdated (carpet all over the walls - floor to ceiling), an accordian door on the bathroom, the sink was loose on the wall, dirt/mildew ring in the toliet, and patched-in carpeting on the floor!!! My dust allergies went haywire and I was miserable for my entire stay. Overall, this was a terrible experience! I would spend 3x this price to sleep some place comfortable and would NEVER stay here again....even if it was FREE!! Seriously.....stay away!

Just a cute little piece of history!! Established in 1891 I was happy to stay. Room was clean, quiet and comfy!! It was a very low price (should have been more). Not used to having such a friendly, accommodating friendly environment. Enjoyed seeing the horse and buggies pass and all of the bike riders and families walking around. Cute cute town!!

This motel is very clean and great to lay your head for the night. Rooms are small, so about 2-3 tops. Quaint little town with extremely friendly people. Tammy, the owner of Heritage is always so pleasant. If you need anything she's on the ball. Rooms are $55 a night and one of the reasons why I keep returning. I recommend for a quiet stay. Close to the main highway and local restaurants in town too.

We stayed at this motel this weekend. The Motel is located in town of Thorp. The rooms are small with parking right outside to door. The rooms are clean but are in desperate need for update. Each room has a full size and a single bed. You have a flat screen TV, Microwave and refrigerator. There is no coffee maker or hair dryer. We also found no way to control the temperature. The motel was quiet. You have a hardware store right next and a grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. This motel room was very basic, clean and it was only $50 per night.

If you want the Hilton, or the like, this is NOT it. But if you're like me and like a safe little place to get some desperately needed sleep along the road, this is it. An older mom and pop motel building with only 8 rooms. Owner left treats and water bottle in room: I like surprises like this! Owner keeps the rooms already warm!! (a great plus at -15 outside: most mom and pop places you go into a cold room, and wait til after you're asleep for it to warm up). I had trouble seeing motel in dark at first, despite lit sign "MOTEL: VACANCY" that was easy to see by the adjoining house. (its close to the downtown). (Owner even had a pair of reader-glasses in room for guests to use... what big motel chain has that???) Convenience store/gas station right across street. Only about a mile from freeway. Very kind desk person (assume owner). The owner's dog does a great job greeting guests as well!

as other people have said, it is a small quirky hotel. if all you need is a place to sleep, this is it. Very nice working with Kelli on getting my reservations set up. wifi worked, didn't use the fridge or microwave. bathroom was small but adequate. location was perfect. I would stay there again.

This is an odd old building but clean and cheap! Since it was off season not busy. Walls not soundproof.
Owner is very gracious and when my wifi didn't work she reset her router and i was
back in business.
Double bed and in an alcove a twin bed. Mini frig and microwave.
New sink and toilet but the shower is ancient.
