Gave clerk my AARP and AAA at check in. Discovered later she did not apply the discoount. Pool was cloudy but was told it was serviced on M-W-F. May have a filter problem. Public halls, elevators, side entrances needed cleaning. WiFi not available. According to reviews it has be out since Dec. No house keeping or linen service in rooms. Recommend putting large trash cans in halls so customers can dump their own trash. Suggest bring towels to be replaced to desk for fresh ones as needed. "Breakfast in a bag" not self service continental. Motel was full therefore owner needs to spend money to get enough staff to take care of basics. Recommend allowing the staff to offer discounts at check in when ammenities on website are not available or make the web site accurate.
A very disappointing stay at this location. Internet was down and when we check with front desk they said they were working on it. Asked the next morning if it would be getting fixed and they responded “probably not, It has been down since December”. Breakfast was served in a bag, but items we checked to be added to the bag were not available. No source of protein in the items they say are available. Carbs only. (Both days). The third morning items that were requested were ignored. Room service never happened any of the 3 days. Had to go to front desk to get a coffee packet each day. I have never seen bed pillows like they had there. Only about 2” thick. Almost worthless!! Don’t think I will ever go back there. Surely will not recommend anyone stay there. Just an awful experience. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and was seriously worn down. The curtains were so old, they had holes in them. Literally. The beds were very hard - little better than sleeping on the floor. The bathroom shower was ridiculously low and the shower head really clogged. And the wifi was not working the entire duration of our stay. The only redeeming value of this motel is the pool is a decent size.
Desk clerk was rude, obnoxious, and didn’t want to be bothered with questions. Room was not cleaned, nor towels replaced in 3 day stay. Continental breakfast was a joke. Clerk and manager both lied about room price and AARP discount. Will definitely be contacting about Wyndham about this place.
Our ATV club booked a block of rooms which were not close to each other. When we got back to hotel from a full day of riding get to room and ready to shower up and we had absolutely no towels. Housekeeping came in and took all towels and never replaced them. Took the towels that were hanging on door and over shower. They never fixed beds. When we went and talked to lady at front desk she was outside smoking and talking with friends for a very long time. Once she finally came in she had multiple excuses of why there weren't no towels and she was working on getting them dried. We decided to then go to the pool and guess what... no towels there either. So when we asked for towels she threw a huge attitude at us for asking. When our room towels were finally ready after about 2 hours she wouldn't even take them to our room. The next day I spoke with manager and she said she would be addressing with the general manager and I have been calling for 2 weeks now trying to get a resolution on the situation.
