My husband and I booked this place because it was almost center between Sparta & Elroy and of course, our goal was to ride the entire trail. A perfect place - we road one day to Sparta and the next to Elroy. The B&B has perfect access right through their back yard. The room was very lovely and comfortable. Styled...

Enjoyed our stay at Trailside. Fantastic location for riding Elroy Sparta trail. Rode to Sparta one day then Elroy next day from convenient location near the half way point. Breakfast is served at restaurant on property. Owner takes great care to make homemade outstanding meals. Our room was comfortable and the owner and his family, friendly and accommodating. I would've...

A wonderful, clean and relaxing, family run bed and breakfast right on the beautiful bike trail! Don't pass up on the Dorset Valley Schoolhouse restaurant's famous homemade pies. Ron is a great cook and great host!

Oh boy what an amazing time. The owner made us feel like family. We ate every meal there and from breakfast to dinner everything was all homemade and delish. Oh and you must have a piece of pie. The rooms were so beautiful and clean. The bike trail was outside the back door. When we were chilling out at our...

Interesting place. We stayed with another couple in adjacent rooms, we played cards, biked, and went to the restaurant next door. Our first time in a B&B. It was fun meeting the other guests as we shared a chat in the evening.

My husband and I decided to stay here after several of my relatives booked at the Tunnel Trail campground down the road (We are not happy campers.). It's a lovely house with a choice of six rooms, I believe. We got a first floor room with a king size bed. It's got a jacuzzi tub, but only rubber tubing for...

We whole-heartedly enjoyed our stay at the Trail-Side B&B! This B&B offers a unique stay in that it offers its guests a full breakfast made to order from a variety of choices at the Dorset Valley School Restaurant, which is only a few steps away from the B&B house and has a wonderful history of its own (I encourage you...

Totally unexpected - a real gem in the middle of "no-where". The house is beautiful, rooms quiet, comfortable! A great place to relax after riding. Restaurant was really good - fresh food, great baked goods and staff was friendly! Highly recommend even if you are not riding!

This B & B was wonderful. We felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Though we were told that check-in time was 4:00, Ron let us in when we arrived at 1:00 which allowed us to get an early start on the trail. Hospitality, breakfast and dinner were great. Food was reasonably priced. We would absolutely recommend Trailside B...

My sister and I stayed the Trail-Side B & B on our way to Minnesota. We bicycled on the Elroy-Sparta Trail and thoroughly enjoyed the trail. Trail-Side is very charming, and we enjoyed the food at the Dorset Valley restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.
