Where to start.... service gets a 5. Rudeness of other patrons gets a -5. Room was clean it gets a 5. Staff was great. If you are coming early the day you check in WEAR YOUR SUIT there is no place to privately change (which we are semi ok with) BUT my daughter who's 8 was going to change and...

Mt Olympus Resort is a joke. You might go online and think you are getting that cheap price for an awseome waterpark resort. Well you will get there most likely and find you are staying 3 miles down the road from their main resort. Rooms were bad at best. Mt Olympus bought up every cheap crap dive on their strip...

Do not stay here!! The indoor waterpark is Disgusting and gross. I felt like I was in a refugee camp!! The "Hot" tub was so over crowded and barely hot. NO BAR in the indoor water park, food sux, place is nasty. They have NO business booking this many people and expect everyone to be in that little indoor waterpark....

This the worst place. The hotel rooms are dirty worn and definitely not worth the money. We walked into the village where are room was their was chips and empty soda bottles laying out in the hallways. The room was worn gaps in the flooring that was layed. We actually switched rooms and still the same thing. We would have...

Although the staff was friendly and the room was clean...there were so many liabilities too numerous to count in giving anything other than a terrible rating. Do not waste your money and time during the 9 months the outdoor theme / water parks are not open. There simply is not much to offer in either the indoor water park or...

We planned a 3 night 4 day stay for Spring Break. We booked the Villages, and we made a horrible mistake by doing so. It looks like a disgusting motel on the outside. My kids, husband, and I knew before we even entered it was a bad choice. The hallways were depressing, and filthy. As we approached our room we were...

My family and I stayed at Mount Olympus theme park the past two days to kick off spring break. We were looking forward to it as anyone would. When we got there Friday night the place was packed. When we did get checked in the room we got it was in the villages-which was plenty of money and it had...

Planned a trip in the winter with another family. We received a good deal on what looked like a nice place. We were in one of the "villages" away from the resort. We were not pleased upon arriving there. First, there was no entrance area, which meant no desk clerks or security. The only person we could find was the...

Last summer my family and I stayed at Mt. Olympus waterpark and hotel. We stayed at the hotel and then in the morning headed to the waterpark. We usually stay at the Great Wolf Lodge, but we wanted to try something different this time because almost every year we stay at the Great Wolf Lodge, so we decided to try...
