Don't expect to get any sleep! Kids are yelling and running up / down the halls all night. Whomever (or whatever) was in the room above sounded like a herd of horses. Yes, I know kids are rambunctious, but I didn't expect to hear an excessive amount of noise at 1-2 am! Nor did I expect there to be an... More

My boyfriend and I went over Labor Day weekend, It was terrible service at the front desk. They messed my room up 2 times, had somebody else's credit card in my name. The place was disgusting! It smelled horrendous, there was mold in the rooms, everything looked dirty! I tried getting a refund because I was not going to stay... More

Stayed there over Labor day weekend. Was charged $500 dollars for two nights. Upon arrival there was a bat flying around the room!!! There was a horrindous smell to the room, like cat piss. The carpet felt damp and was extremely dirty, like there was mold under neath. Dirt and dust everywhere. Stains on the curtains and walls. Holes in... More

Paid 200 for an average room. There was public hairs on the bathroom toilet which you almost could not even fit in. No shampoo or soap in the room. No towels at the pool, the hot tub was cold. Very noisy and dirty. The staff was fine but for the price there are tons of better places. First trip to... More

We were looking for a place to stay for a cheap night in the Dells with the kids. After reading the reviews, we prepared ourselves for the worst. We were surprised that the hotel was not as bad as everyone stated in the reviews we read. The hotel is definitely outdated, and the lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The... More

Hallway carpet filled with dirt---not vacuumed in very long time. Room run down with chipped paint, and "shampoo dispenser" in bathtub broken (no bars of soap or shampoo bottles); was large unwieldy bag of shampoo sitting in corner of tub. Speaking with other guests, their room was worse. No one at desk after 9 PM or before 9 AM. Was... More

Disgusting and terrible! Bathroom still had dirty towels in it. There was throw up on the sink handle. Pee on the toilet seat. A Dirty tissue by the bed. No pillowcases. Heat wasn't turned on until we brought our bags in although it was below zero outside and reservations were made 2 weeks in advance. Owners walked in our room... More

Labor Day weekend - I've stayed here in the past. Have not been back here for a while. It was crazy busy at the hotel. In fact everywhere in the dells it was packed- We wanted to try something new but all other budget friendly hotels I called were reserved. Once again a standard and no fuss stay. Got Noah's... More

This place is terrible and the owners are crooks. I'm a student who decided to live at the diamond hotel for 4 months (May - August) and it was the worst mistake of my life. Before checking in these people gave me a contract and I read the contract, agreed to it and signed it thinking that based on the... More
