The biggest complaint I have is the towels were not ever replaced. Bed was not made. Had a king size bed reserved for my son and myself. When we arrived after 15 hours of driving we had one queen bed. Location was not ideal for our hunting trip. To far away from where we were allowed to hunt. That is...

This is an average hotel that provides great night sky and railroad viewing, but nothing else. (It was built to house the RR crews transporting the coal from the nearby Powder River mines, it's in the middle of nowhere. Gas is 35 miles north or south.) Stayed a few days ago for two nights. Room was clean but dingy (dark...

Our room was spotless and everything appeared new. Very quiet. We appeared to be housed in a separate wing from the rail workers (the one or two we ran into in the lobby were friendly). No pool but we were visiting family in Bill so plenty busy. Guest laundry machines only a few doors away from our room. Went to...

Had a very good meal at penny's diner. Friendly staff, and excellent food. Maybe some others that complain should try to make small talk. If on this highway again, will make penny's diner a stopping place.

The rate was a bit high for my liking but understandable, therr is alot of railroad and oilfeild worker traffic. The beds were comfy and thre room was nice and clean. They give you a voucher for food at the diner which was really good. The cook was the waitress and she did a good job. This place is literally...

After a long day on the road, we were happy to find the Oak Tree Inn in Bill Wy. It is one of two business in Bill. Most of the clients here are railroad workers from the coal trains here. The room was very clean and the bed was great. We would stay here again. Breakfast was furnished at the...

Don't waste your time at the diner...fried chicken dinner was awful...never received our salads or rolls...tried to charge us for the kids drinks when menu says they are included...green beans obviously frozen then microwaved...service was AWFUL...while paying, saw a jar that states all tips will be dispersed by management! No incentive to give excellent service I guess...will never go back...great...

This was my first stay at an Oak Tree Inn, though I'd been to Penny's Diner on numerous trips through the area. I have no complaints about the room itself. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. But the rate for one night was as much as a big brand in Douglas. Just too high for where it is. I...

Rooms were clean and quite! Very nice! The front desk "that is the dinner" and the counter help are inconsistently "in a bipolar way" rude, incompetent and stupid. Not to mention the cook that has a chronic head itch and then handles food without washing his hands.

I stayed here on a railfan vacation as the hotel is ideally suited across the road from one of the busiest stretches of track in the US. It is out in the wilds being over 30 miles from the nearest substantial town and seems mainly to be used by train crew. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are...
