We stayed at the Absaroka Lodge while visiting Yellowstone. We had an unbelievable great time here. The owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. We went on the breakfast trail ride and was cooked breakfast on the trail, it will be a memory the kids are not soon to forget. The Lodge has a restaurant...

They are really close to five stars. What brought them down was no wifi not even to purchase. Also In the mountains they have no cell reception bye by 4g. I feel not offering wifi is huge rt the way people use wifi to plan trips and share their day. Please next time offer wifi I don't care about no...

We weren't able to stay on this property, however our family did do a 2 hour horseback ride with them. Our horses were friendly and our guide (Tara) was awesome. Our boys say she was like having Jessie from Toy Story be our guide! Their property was beautiful and we felt safe. i would love to visit again!

This lodge is on the National Park registry. Some of the cabins were built in 1920 and ours was built in 1940. We stayed in cabin 9 which had two queen beds, small fridge and small microwave. If you are looking for peace of mind and beautiful surroundings go here. We went on the breakfast trail ride which we truly...

We just got back from our 4 day stay and it was wonderful! The cabins are small (we had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath), yet it was fine for 4 of us. We really weren't in our cabin much, though, other than to sleep. My husband and our sons ate breakfast there every morning and they said it was very...

We stayed in cabin 3 for one night on our way to Yellowstone. This is a two bed, two bath cabin which was fine for four of us. Cabin was small but comfortable. Had a microwave and fridge which wasn't much more than a cooler without ice. No internet, TV or cell service so the kids were forced to entertain...

If desperate for a place to stay, don't exceed one night. The so called "cabin" was tiny, cramped, and damp. The towels, once white, were grey and thin. The pillows were as flat as pancakes. We did not bother eating in the restaurant. Just a taste of the watery coffee was enough to keep us away. Furthermore, the menu items...

We just recently returned from our trip to Absaroka Mountain Lodge and Yellowstone and I'm ready to go back! The owners and staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're happy. They are always available. From the early morning breakfast to the campfire later in the evening. The views from this lodge are breath...

The lack of Internet, TV or cell phone service was a welcome change and really helped to relax and enjoy a vacation. There is plenty to do between hiking, horseback riding, touring yellowstone, relaxing by the creek or sitting around the evening campfire. The accomodations are very basic, but comfortable. The staff was friendly and promptly took care of any...

Booked a dinner trail ride and the afternoon started with a great reception by one of the owners. Due to excessive ice melt and high water levels we trailered to another lodge to start our ride with Tara as our guide. It was a beautiful ride up the mountain to our cook site. Once there we realized it was too...
