It's run down and smells bad in the rooms, the bar tenders are only good at drinks that come in a can (The up side here is they will tell you they are not good at cocktails), the food in the restaurant was all over cooked, the toilet ran all night and the front desk was rude, really rude. I...

What a dump. We checked in late Friday and the hallways were filthy, had not been vacuumed. I thought maybe it was because of the fire fighters meeting there and the traffic in the halls. The same condition and the same cigarette butts on Sunday morning proved that they don't bother to clean the hallways. The cleaning staff cleaned the...

If you are wanting non-smoking clean hotel...don't stay here. Our room was ok but as soon as you stepped into the halls there was a nasty smoke smell. We were traveling with friends and were to have rooms next to each other and even called to verify the rooms would be adjoining or across the hall from each other. We...

Stayed here for a few days while working in the area, due to the sales of alcohol to under aged people ALL people who wish to visit the bar area are now required to produce a valid ID, doesn't matter if you look 8 to 80. You may not even sit in the area without proper ID? Girls behind the...

My husband and I stopped here when we ran into bad weather. This was the ONLY hotel available in the area, and it was a bit pricey too. The hotel looks very sketchy on the inside. The lady at the front desk looked and acted like she hated working there. There are no elevators. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke,...

Where do I start, lets start with the bed, if you would think how soft a unicorn is thats how soft the beds are. If cold drinks are your thing then the fridge will freeze your drinks like Mr. Freeze. The service is just short of spectacular, take that back it is spectacular.. Stay at this hotel and be happy

Full breakfast daily, (not just pastry and coffee), very helpful staff, Better value than many places I've stayed at before. They are upgrading the premises, but that has not created any problems for me. The staff actively seeks to make my stay here the best possible. I've been pleased with my stay here and will continue to stay here.

I never thought a hotel could be this disgusting. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but after entering the hallways of the Douglas Inn I realized the reviews were accurate. The rooms smelled like smoke. So did the hallways. Roof was peeling and the bathroom countertop was being held up with a 2x4. Burn holes were in the carpet...

Front lobby makes the inn look great but when you go down the hall to your room the carpet is coming up and even though it says no smoking the hallways reak of ciggerett smoke. The pool was dirty and rooms weren't as clean, my son acctually killed a couple of bugs in our room. This was our last resort...

We recently stayed in this hotel as it was the host site of a state pageant that my daughter was participating in. The lobby and pool area of this hotel were very inviting but that is where it ends. The rooms were dirty, floors stained, everything smelled of smoke, and the beds were tiny! Our first day we ordered room...
