Glad to have them open for a ghost town. This town once prospered in the uranium mining days. This little motel needs to have tvs in rooms. Just a news channel if nothing else. Just continue to update. Nice people.

Spent a cold night with not enough blankets. It's the only place for many miles, so you may be forced to stay there. Plan ahead. Other reviews said there was no Wi-Fi. That's not true - there is. Stroll a few yards back on the same side of the highway and you'll come to a café that's open till 9...

This is a rustic hotel but is super nice for what it is. Very welcoming to rock hounds. The rooms are clean, have a refrigerator and microwave, great water pressure, and plenty of space, though no television in the room. Surroundings feel very safe. The owners are on site and they are available to help anytime. When we left, it...

Lisa and Scott now own the place and were courteous hosts. Verison does not have cell phone coverage there but Lisa let me make a call on...

The air conditioning was much appreciated, the lighting was great, linens clean, mattresses firm, bathroom fixtures clean. Lisa went out of her way to provide a coffee pot and coffee though currently...

We are bicycling cross country through small town USA. As you could imagine, our accommodations have varied considerably from superb to not so much. This motel, which has the current name of Green Mountain Motel, is on the bottom of the range just above a bicycle hostel in Kentucky( not to be named), a B&B in Kentucky and a motel...
