I was there for three nights and really enjoyed my stay. It is very clean, comfortable and has a friendly staff. The bathroom in my cabin was on the smaller side but the shower was excellent---with plenty of hot water and good pressure. Charming is a word that comes to mind to describe the cabins. I also enjoyed reading about... More

This is one of the best places I've spent the night during a three week trip in the US. One of the very few hotels/motels/... with character. When I was shown to my cabin I just thought: yaaaay this is so cute! Great bed, great shower, great wifi. A fully equipped kitchen and a tv. What more can you wish... More

Stayed here in early September and was just looking for a roof over my head. Delighted to find such a lovely place and friendly helpful staff. Everything was spotlessly clean and our historic cabin was charming. Pinedale also seemed to be a nice town, and we enjoyed the drive up beyond the lake with great views.

Our only regret was that we could only book one night here, as we were on an extended road trip. You MUST include this on your list of best places to stay. We were in Cabin #12, which was perfect for two! This is an historic motel with a variety of rooms to choose from. Every touch, from the pillows,... More

Dear Jacquelyn, your kind review and detailed sharing warms our hearts! This was our second stay at the Log Cabin Motel. This trip was a little longer than the last. The cabins are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. It is refreshing that you can be out all day and not have to come back to a hotel room and sit it in, instead sit on the porch and visit and... More

Thank you very much for giving us such great feedback - we love repeat customers and always enjoy welcoming them again and again......It is true: coming back to the cabins after a day all out, it is coming home to one's own "tiny house": yours for time being.....the porches are enjoyed by all customers - they are private, covered, allowing... Forest and Sofia were very kind on our late arrival without reservations and were able to put us in one of their few, if not last, available rooms. Due to poor weather, we had to change our plans to backpack into the Wind Rivers which was the reason for our unexpected arrival. We decided to stay two nights due to... More

Dear Cameron, We enjoyed having you at the historic cabins - and accommodating you and your wife while waiting out the rain.....We hope you will reschedule your trip into the Winds - we just had some guests returning from a 5 day trip to Titcomb basin with the best weather possible: blue skies, late fall warmth and above freezing nights!... I absolutely loved this place. The cabin was perfect, this is definately my new favorite. This cabin couldn't been better. I loved the lace tablecloth with all the homey touches. I was very pleased they were concerned about the environment as well as my health. I will definately stay here again. Vickie from Colorado

Right in town with friendly helpful staff and clean quiet accommodations. We stayed two nights in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was ideal for our 4 party group - dad, mom, son and his friend. The 2 bedroom plus a day bed in living room area worked great for us.
