We highly recommend staying at this B&B. The suite was spacious, well appointed, clean, and stocked with breakfast and snack foods. The very local bird watching was fascinating, espcially after Viviane filled the bird feeders. Viviane, the hostess, is a delightful woman, warm, funny, and welcoming. The location is perfect and the views are outstanding. Drop by Annie's Burgers, just...

This is not a "typical" BNB - the Orchid suite is a 3 room apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and large patio with a terrific view of Kealakekua Bay. Vivienne stocks the kitchen with breakfast items so you can take care of yourself and follow your own schedule. The guests prior to my wife and I stayed in...

Last week we stayed in the spacious rose garden suite which includes a large living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom with 2 beds, a kitchen and a patio surrounded by flowers. The view of the bay is unbeatable. The gardens, which extend down a steep hillside, contains a grapefruit tree, small pineapples, hibiscus plants and many colorful birds. Viviane is a...

A secluded, spectacular location situated high above the bay. Lush, tropical gardens, beautiful birds. Viviane, the owner is lively and gracious. Our apartment was clean, airy and provisioned with homemade muffins, apple bananas from the garden, coffee, milk, cereal and a blender for making smoothies with frozen bananas which were in the freezer. There's a good market and organic fruit...

My husband and I rented the Plumeria Cottage at Belle Vue Kona in Captain Cook Village on the Big Island. Vivienne, the owner, is a very friendly lady who speaks French, English and German. The cottage (more like a house) is beautifully appointed and well located, near a supermarket, places of interest and about 15 min. from the ocean. Breakfast...

I live on this island but, when I do the circle-tour with visiting friends and family, I stay at Viviane's Belle Vue. Why? Because of: the large suite of rooms, fully outfitted kitchen and nearby supermarket, lovely garden with benches overlooking the 'Place of Refuge' bay, only 20 minutes to the craziness of Kailua-Kona with its resorts and discount shopping,...

From the moment we initially inquired about Belle Vue, we were treated royally by the gracious hostess. Our arrival late on a rainy night was greeted by Viviane with a smile and an umbrella. We were escorted to our gorgeous, spacious suite, where we found homemade breads and fruit grown on the property. Every detail was attended to, from fresh...

If you are looking for a peaceful, beautiful vacation rental, this is the place to stay. We spent 13 nights in Kona, with a beautiful view of Kealakekua Bay and the Kona coast and 3 nights in Waimea with a beautiful view of the mountains/ocean and Mauna Kea. Both vacation rentals are lovely. They are spacious, comfortable, clean and have...

We stayed at Belle Vue Kona for 5 nights celebrating new year's eve in close by Kona. The b&b is neatly located overlooking the bay and a tropic garden. Our room was nice and well equipped with a little kitchenette and a big fridge. We prepared our breakfast and dinner most of the time by ourselves since close by is...
