Our stay at the Beautiful Edge was a fantastic experience where we were made to feel right at home. The views from the veranda are magical and provided excellent sunsets. The family are very welcoming and are full of advise and even provided us with a 7 page well detailed document of attractions to do on the West side if...

We recently stayed here for a few days as the base for our west coast adventures on the big island. Was the perfect spot to do all the things we wanted to do. The hosts were top notch and the breakfasts were fantastic with fresh assortment of hand picked fruits from their beautiful property. We watched beautiful sunsets from the...

Thank you Kurt and Kana for your friendly welcome last May. As a solo traveler I so much enjoyed our breakfast conversations and also meeting the other guests, particularly the two lovely Chinese ladies. We were able to exchange information concerning interesting sites to visit. Thanks also for the lovely breakfasts, and also for doing my laundry. I was very...

They go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay on the Edge of the World is exactly as you'd like it. The breakfast is delightful with lots of fruits all grown on their farm. It's also a great place to learn the secrets of growing Kona coffee.

Very poor BB We were 4 people who booked 5 nights at the hotel. We read the reviews on Tripadvisor and thought it was a dream place to stay. We thought on Tripadvisor because that agreed well with all the other hotels we booked for our trip. We stopped in Hawaii three weeks and it was the worst place we...

We stayed 5 nights in the Edge in the upstairs room. Great views, with balcony. Great information about where to go each day, with sincere interest in guests having a good experience. Nice breakfasts- we live in the tropics so the fruits were not new to us. A very home like experience. Deciding where to stay is an issue on...

We stayed at the "Edge of the world" for one week and had an absolutely wonderful time. The owners provided a very warm and personal atmosphere. The breakfast was served with a variety of fresh fruit from their own garden and with delicious home-grown coffee. From the lanai you have a nice view of the ocean. Our kids cracked macademia...

My little boy and I stayed in their Nut Room, which is their least expensive room, and which has two beds and a private bathroom (which is down the hall, but private). The owners were out of the country during our visit, but Amber and Satomi, who were handling things in their absence, took great care of us, and made...
