We, 4 adults, just spent 8 nights at A102 and it was a perfect holiday. The apartment was in a great location on the ground floor looking across the fish ponds out to sea. We watched the sunset every night either from our lanai or...More
Nice unit and good price. I prefer 3rd floor units in this complex, but the view from this 2nd story unit was good. I don't know if it was the time of year, but this unit had far fewer bugs than another unit I have...More
We've stayed at the Terrace Condos before in one of their three bedroom units. This time the kids didn't tag along, so we just need a one bedroom and booked E201. This is a lovely condo in the middle of the complex, which shortens the...More
My family of 4 just returned from spending 8 nights at the Mauna Lani Terrace D302. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 9). I had very mixed views on this place. We spent $500 per night for an ocean view penthouse condo....More

We recently stayed at the Mauna Lani resort and noticed these condos next door. They looked great in terms of style, location and proximity to the resort. Are they only rented through their own management company or do people rent them invidually through agents like VRBO? Obviously the prices vary greatly by size, location and condition. Can anybody tell me what the price range is for a one bedroom or a two bedroom? Thanks.

We have over 35 units to choose from at the Mauna Lani Terrace, all with ocean views and direct access to the shoreline and Beach Club. Regular season rates (non-xmas holiday) range from $290-$340 for a one bedroom and $500-$550 for a two bedroom. There are superior units (partially updated) and deluxe units (completely renovated) to choose from, priced accordingly. Mahalo for your interest in the Mauna Lani Terrace.
