This resort has a lot of potential to be a great resort however we ran into many, many troubles and things that just ruined the family vacation. The staff members and security guards are very condescending and unhelpful. The walls and floors are very thin so all the slightest sounds make tons of noise. The guests below us were snobby...

I'm very sorry for the situation that took place, it really was a simple notification to quiet down a little, as there are other guests on property as well. I sincerely apologize for your negative feelings towards us, but do hope you and your family were able to enjoy some of your time with us. Wilbert Lee Resort Manager

We spent a week in a two bedroom condo. Everything was as expected from Hilton, amazing pool areas and well maintained grounds. This was our first time on the Big Island and want to come back. Timeshare sales are present but not as pushy as in other places.

This has the biggest pool on the island. We had no issues at all and were blown away with the newest building. If you ever get a chance to stay on the big island, stay here. It will not disappoint, promise.

Kings Land is definitely an upscale resort- love the pool with water slides, sandy beach, sports nets and awesome landscape. Mostly golf views. Not oceanfront but lovely all the same. On site restaurant has weird hours but is enjoyable. Request rooms in building near pool on same side of street as Main pool. Beautiful kitchens where you can save money...

Everything about our stay was amazing! Great location! Nice and quiet, but close enough to all the big amenities. Service was wonderful and they hosted tons of events in case you don't want to venture away from the resort.

First of all, I'm a Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC) member. This was my first time at Kings' Land, my fourth trip to the Big Island, and fourth visit to the Waikoloa side of the island. Traveling with my 20 year old son, we booked this resort because it had a "lazy river" pool. It is on the golf course...

We rented a 2-bedroom Deluxe Golfview suite in Building 8. The unit consisted of a living room, kitchen with large table, master bedroom and master bath, second bedroom and second full bath. There is also a stack-washer drier in the unit. The unit seems new, and the decor and furnishings were very upscale. The master bedroom and living room had...

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We stayed in building 24 and it was amazing! It had just re-opened a week prior since it had been remodeled. Our room was incredible! We had a 1 bedroom condo with all stainless appliances, granite counter tops and hardwood floors. There was a pool and spa right next to our...

Great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is gorgeous and the golf course was beautiful. The food was a bit pricey but very good. The location is a bit remote from the city of Kona but we liked that and it was worth renting a car for a couple of days to see the city. I would...
