My husband and I and another couple from our church visited Oct 8-15, 2016. We had a wonderful time! Full kitchen, great amenities, great views from windows and balcony - a true home away from home. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served delicious food. There are other shopping venues and restaurants within a mile. Only one negative occurred: while...

We weren't at the hotel much, so it was perfect for us. Having the kitchen was a great option for breakfast and one dinner. Having privileges at the nearby Hilton was nice, since we had one half day of unplanned activities, so we took advantage of the water slides and other poolside activities. The Hilton was much more expensive, and...

We went for a week and had a great time. Modern clean amenities in the rooms. Great food. The service was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful from the first day to the last day. Beautiful, clean pools. Very high end accommodations - what you would expect for this rate. Internet could have been quicker but that's a minor...

We are HGVC club members. This was our first trip to Kings land and we loved it. We can't wait until we go back. Roysin is a fantastic bartender. The pools at Kings land are superior to Hilton Waikoloa Village. Tropics Ale house was our go to for Dinner.

We booked a 5 night stay and were very pleased with iur 1 bdrm suite (building 22, ground floor). Spacious and clean living quarters, including a kitchen with full amenities plus a washer/dryer. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location, near 'everything' yet a relatively quiet environment. Good fitness facilities. Would return here without any doubt.

Kings Land by Hilton Grand Vacation is a great place to stay. Clean and nice place to stay. Food at the bar was great. The gluten free pizza was great. We ask for it to be cooked extra crispy. It was so good that my husband was willing to share it with me. They had a humongous pool with slides...

My family and I spent 8 nights here in March 2016. It really does feel like home every time we come back here. This resort has so much to offer especially with the additional amenities that are available to guests at the nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village. Kings’ Land is only a 20 minute drive north from the airport. There have...

My husband and I visited the hotel this past October. We were using a family member's timeshare and we stayed in a 1-bedroom condo. The condos were very nice - ours was in one of the older buildings, but it was still very nice. The only annoyance was that they gave us two double beds instead of one queen or...

The best experience I ever had. When I left I acutally missed it. I felt like at my home. Like the privacy. I prefer a condo then an actual hotel. The service was awesome. But then again we are in Hawaii friendly people.
