We stayed in unit 20D and found it to be very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay in the area. A fair walk from there up to the pool and bar (expensive but drinks are decent size). The pool is a great location for watching the sun set. Reception was friendly and efficient, although as noted in other...

It all started the day before we were to leave home. I called the resort to get our info for the entry gate and the key or code for the condo as were would be arriving after the office was closed. I was told our reservation had been cancelled. I was informed that they had overbooked and were looking for...

Our first time in Hawaii and could not have planned a better place to stay! Thank you KP Travel group for organizing our stay. First off, it's a gated community. The staff was so friendly when we arrived and whatever I needed, they were so helpful. The condo itself was on the 2nd floor. The place was very clean, updated...

3 adults and 2 kids stayed in 18H for a week. The condo itself is very nice. 3 bedrooms which was perfect for our group, nice finishes, clean and well maintained. The fruit basket was a nice surprise when we arrived. There is a $10+ tax a day resort fee payable upon checkin. The company we booked through didn't tell...

When renting a condo, you don't really ever know what you're going to get. We booked through WestJet Vacations and it was just what the doctor ordered. Peaceful and quiet, the condo was clean and was exactly what we wanted. Full kitchen, appliances, utensils, Tupperware, non stick pots and pans. Maybe we just got lucky in 18E, but for us...

Our room was very spacious and felt like a home. From our balcony we could see the sunset, which was made more beautiful by the vog. The pool was nice, and right next to the bar and restaurant. Humpback whales could be seen spouting and breaching. One of the staff members, Pua, was just lovely, and always made a point...

Our family of 4 stayed in 17B for 7 nights. Ground floor unit less than 5 min walk from the health club which has pool, gym and dining facilities. We spotted many whales just sitting in the club, they are rather far away but still a thrill for us. Bring a pair binoculars to get a good view. The unit...

What an exceptional property! Bottom floor unit facing #7 of Waikoloa Beach Course and oceanview, this two BR two Bath unit was well equipped and very comfortable. At the end of the cul-de-sac next to the pools and bar, a very short walk compared to unit 1 at far end of street. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment, along with two resort...

We stayed in unit 11a, which was in very good shape. We were originally assigned a different unit that had a bad review, so we called and asked to see photos of the unit. After a few phone calls where we indicated our level of trepidation was high enough for us to consider cancelling and rebooking elsewhere, we were reassigned...

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 24D at Halii Kai. The unit was clean and easily fit two teenagers and two adults. The complex is very quiet and secure so you can send the kids out on their own with no worries. Most of the units have no views. The pool and bar area were great with phenomenal views...
