Excellent stay from staff to accommodation to amenities. Clean property with well managed flora. We had golf course side with view of volcano - just amazing. Perfect location to watch Perseid Meteor showers, lucky us! Very peaceful and relaxing environment. Home away from home. We stayed in a first floorvilla close to BBQ area which is highly recommended. Can't wait...

Beautiful place. we were in a penthouse. As big as my old townhouse!! Great service and loved the free shuttle between hotels, resorts, shopping and restaurants. Didn't drive for 3 days. It's all been remodeled and has washer/dryer, great big lanai with wet bar for hanging out, 3 pools and access to Hilton Hotel amenities. The Kingsland shopping center has free...

HGVC in Hawaii has high standards (not like Flamingo in Las Vegas, it was awful) "The Bay Club" comes with spacious Lanai where you can enjoy tropical breath day and night. Full kitchen and equips. And there is a grocery store at Queens Market Place where you can have all the food to make meals and BBQs.

This is our sixth time in the Waikoloa Bay Club. If we come back that often, it must be very good. Hawaii is the only destination we keep going back. All the other places we visited in the world were single trips to the same countries.

I could not believe the problems in this room. I am an OWNER and will not stay in any unit at the Bay Club until I am assured there are no maintenance issues...a cracked and broken tile that could injure someone? Out-of-balance, noisy fans; soiled carpets?

Great way to stay on the Big Island, Hawaii. Loys to do and close to the beach. The Hupuna beach us just up the coast about 15 minute drive. Great place to stay! Love to shop at the Queen's shopping center.

After trying other hotels/condos in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, we have decided The Bay Club gives the best bang for your buck. The rooms are huge with beautiful, large lanais, golf course views, and three pools throughout the complex. The pools are smaller than at other resorts, but since there are three, there are options. The BBQ grills are always...

We spent a week in the resort, and really never saw the resort as we were so busy! There are so many things to do in the area, beaches to visit, one week was not enough! Restaurants in the area are expensive, it is a resort area. So if you're on a budget, plan accordingly. You can find reasonably-priced restaurants...

Excellent experience. Great size villas. Perfect for a family vacation. Wish there were sandy beaches closer to resort. As a HGVC owner, I wish there was better disclosure of the fact that with this particular property, you didn't have access to the Hilton Hotel resort yet the Kohala room guests did.
