This resort, as well as all of the other resorts on the West Coast of Hawaii are built on ancient lava flows from the volcanos and thus it is very hot there when the sun comes out. We has horrible weather the week that we stayed at the Bay Club, lot of clouds and rain. The resort has all of...

Enjoyed our vacation at the Bay Club. Pool was a little crowded in the afternoon. Very quiet. Great location. Weather was very nice. Not too hot and muggy. Starbucks and shopping very close. Close to good restaurants too.

Enjoyed our stay, the beautiful grounds are immaculate and very friendly staff. Quiet location away from the buzz of Kona. Very private. Wifi was good. Courtesy shuttle bus was convenient and very valuable.

We travel to The Hawaiian Islands four to six times a year from the mainland and this is always one of our favorite destinations. This is a very nice facility and the service and staff can not be beaten.

Excellent location! Perfect for walking to the Hilton Waikoloa for nice dinners or lunch. Unit was well stocked and very clean! Only negative thing is that the kitchen blind is broken....hopefully being replaced soon!

This was a great place to stay for an entire week. They offered housekeeping, and since the do no disturb sign was up, I received a call which was great. It is a beautiful property with excellent world class service. They will and can do everything for you but chew your food which was fine. If you get the chance...

The apartment was spotless, well maintained and overlooked the Beach Golf Course. Happy to sit on the Lanai and watch the world go by all day. Staff were great and anything we needed was sorted quickly. Pool facilities were great as was the hot tub just outside. It really is hard to find fault and I feel picky raising it,...

We selected the 3rd floor overlooking the golf course, was very quite and peaceful. We enjoyed early morning and late afternoon view watching the sun come and go. We were in reasonable distance of all actives that we really wanted to see. We also came across several places that we were not aware of.

We always love the Bayclub. We bought in 1998 and come yearly! The rooms are big and the Lanai is really big. Staff friendly and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We call it home for 2 weeks each year.
