Enjoyed our stay at the resort, the staff were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations when it came to both in-resort and off-premise questions. What was not helpful was the complete omission that all resort fees and parking, along with whatever you charge to the room daily is authorized nightly, and in effect placed on hold for 7 days. Which...

The resort itself is beautiful. We had a room just over the Dolphin training pools and it was fun to watch them work with the trainers ( to get in the pool with them $230 pp). The breakfast buffet was good but at $30pp a shade expensive. The pool area is very nice, only drawback was the extra charge for...

The Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island is a huge and beautiful resort hotel. We stayed at the Palace Tower during the Christmas week of 2014. The walkway corridor connecting the three towers - Lagoon, Palace, and Ocean Towers - runs in parallel with tramway rails while long but beautifully decorated with statues, artifacts, flowers, and ponds. As an...

Where begin? This amazing resort screams fun, relax and pamper yourself all at once. My daughter enjoyed all the pools and water slides. The pools where beautiful flowing over rocks and making waterfalls every where you looked. The room we had was ocean front and stunning views. It was comfy and clean. The had a lagoon to play with water...

HATED IT!!!!! To large of a property to get anywhere or anything you need. The walking is tedious. 20 minutes walking at least to get to pool, dinning, gift shop, lobby etc. No quick trips to your room to grab something you forgot. Not at all wheelchair or stroller friendly. So many stairs and no elevators. Also no beach! All...

Thank you for your review. We greatly appreciate your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the disappointment with your stay and for not meeting your expectations. For many guests, it's very important to know what to expect, so we are working hard to make sure our website and other public presentations of the resort present an accurate depiction of the...

Ok - so I fell for the timeshare selling spiel and got a half price week at the Palace tower in a standard room with golf course view. I am not a resort person, but appreciated a standard Hilton room with fridge and microwave, king bed and a mini balcony. as described by many, this is a family resort, tries...

Our first time to Hawaii, I'll try to provide some perspective for the first time traveler. We stayed here six nights, in oceanfront rooms in the Ocean Tower. I did not know that the Big Island is mostly a lava field on the west side, and that resorts are literally terraformed as oases into essentially a wasteland. On the east...

First up I have to say we weren't the sort of people the resort was designed for. The idea that you'd spend all your holidays in a resort just isn't for us, especially in a place where there was so much more to see and do as the Big Island. Consequently we didn't spend that much time at the resort...

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton, as always - but the Kohala Spa is going to the dogs. There are never any towels out, and when there are they just put out a small stack. I was here for a week and visited the spa for free as a Diamond member. Only once during my stay were their washcloths...

We have stayed at this hotel back in 2001 & really enjoyed our stay, so we came back with the whole family for a wedding. Overall it was decent, but they charge an arm & a leg for everything. For example: $25 resort fee for movies, video games, & wi-fi whether you use it or not. $35 per day for...
