The water was cold so not sure if they even heat it .. but probably not as it is usually nice to get into a cool pool depending on when you are there ..

Casual, everyone really was wearing whatever they were comfortable in. Jacket not needed for restaurants for men and since it is hot there in the summer months really anything that is breathable
