We stayed in building 2 3rd floor. Elevator was quick. Building is older. Location is perfectly central on Maui. We had easy access to all beaches from our south kihei road location. We never used the pools or bbqs. Landscaping was lovely. Parking felt secure....More
This is our 3rd time staying on the property and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kihei. Every Building has it's own pool and tennis court. And it's right across the street from the Charlie Young Beach park. There are plenty of places to shop...More
Maui Vista unit #3403 is a great 2 bedroom two bath condo. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, spectacular ocean view and on fourth floor. We took our 15 year old grandson so we really enjoyed the central Kihei location. It was directly across...More
We were in building 3, which seemed to have the least amount of guests. Since we were lodging through VRBO #734029 (not a stellar accommodation) I will comment only regarding the resort. The resort is conveniently located, close to both the south and north Kihei...More
Excellent location, just a short walk to the very pleasant Charlie Young Beach. Easy access by car to all of South Maui. I'm sure the condition of individual rooms varies, as these are independently owned condos. My comments apply to 1308. The bed was a...More

I have a friend that lives in Building 1 and I personally have stayed in all three buildings. When we stayed in building 3, we rented the top floor. If it is anything like building ones floor plan, it has a open loft that looks down on the living room. It may have one big bed or two twins and a half bathroom. 418 should look out towards the parking lot and towards the West Maui mountains, BUT you should have a killer view. Now the negative about being on the top floor is, the elevators break down a lot as they did during our stay. The last thing we wanted to do is hike stairs after a long day in Hana. Lastly, BRING EARPLUGS!!! on the fourth floor, you are at treetop level. Between the Mynah birds, Doves and parrots/lovebirds they are LOUD!!! The widows are glass louver type and do not block out the noise. Hope all this helps. If you want to know great eats, check out mu other reviews from Maui. ALOHA!!

"1102 was fun and colorful. We loved our room last time. But I am now a big fan of staying on the ground floor!"
