Depends on the unit you get as some are nice and other are not. Pictures can be deceiving as in our case and we did not have working air conditioning which was not appreciated - we reached out to VRBO and the owner and have...More
This time we stayed in unit 1410, 4th floor great view, nice roomy condo. The properties are well kept, this was the third time we stayed at the Maui Vista and we're looking to book it again. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to...More
We stayed in Unit 3411 from 3/27/2017 through 4/5/2017. This was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (the 2nd bedroom is in the loft.) Everything was great here! I actually had a pleasant surprise that the twin beds in the master bedroom were replaced by...More

I have a friend that lives in Building 1 and I personally have stayed in all three buildings. When we stayed in building 3, we rented the top floor. If it is anything like building ones floor plan, it has a open loft that looks down on the living room. It may have one big bed or two twins and a half bathroom. 418 should look out towards the parking lot and towards the West Maui mountains, BUT you should have a killer view. Now the negative about being on the top floor is, the elevators break down a lot as they did during our stay. The last thing we wanted to do is hike stairs after a long day in Hana. Lastly, BRING EARPLUGS!!! on the fourth floor, you are at treetop level. Between the Mynah birds, Doves and parrots/lovebirds they are LOUD!!! The widows are glass louver type and do not block out the noise. Hope all this helps. If you want to know great eats, check out mu other reviews from Maui. ALOHA!!

"The higher floors would have a better view. Nice sunsets even if you can't see the ocean."
