Just stayed for 6 days. Overall, the hotel has great service. The check in was easy, the bell hop provided great information about the property, and the rooms were clean. The concierge provided some great information. All rooms have a balcony. Ours faced the ocean and the setting sun. Enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day together with my...

As near as I can tell, this hotel is nearly 35 years old. Much of it still looks like it. Parking is not at all convenient for guests - quite a hike from lot to the hotel front. It would have been nice if there had been access provided to the different buildings - we were in room 634 -...

Good Evening SEAPlatinum, Thank you for going out of your way to share feedback on your recent travels to Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. We appreciate your loyalty as a Diamond member and happy to hear you loved your upgraded corner room. It is very disheartening to hear about the rest of your visit though, I am so very...

I'm a Gold Passport member and stayed at many Hyatts over the years, and while the hotel was once the best on all of Kaanapali, it's looking tired and the service has greatly deteriorated. We were in a room next to new construction which I wasn't made aware of at booking. The rugs looked so old that I kept my...

Thank you for your review - and the thorough feedback! It looks like you stayed in one of our obstructed view rooms - which is described as "overlooking and adjacent to the land under construction". While this description should be listed through every partner booking, if you find that this was not described to you - please advise us of...

This was our fourth stay at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. The hotel is awesome with all the amenities you'd expect from Hyatt. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel staff is extremely friendly. Our view of the ocean and pools from our balcony was breathtaking! The Regency Club staff are amazing! We have made friends with many...

Let me start as a family we have been to they Hyatt 5 times and love the property and the employees. Being a professional and respectful salesman for my entire career I dislike intrusive sales people who call my home or try to corner you in person at various places where they are trying to schlep something. Although a timeshare...

We had a surprisingly nice time here. I don't usually care for large hotels but most of the time it didn't feel too big. The only exception was the pool. Although the hotel is ocean front, there is no beach. So guests are all at the pool...or at least their towels are. By 8am pretty much every pool lounge has...
