We paid a lot of money to stay a week at the Sheraton. The location is great however the customer service at the hotel is lacking. When we arrived our customer service rep Irene Sagon was less than friendly. She said they booked us a room with two double beds. We reserved a room with a king bed. We were...

We recently returned from a 6 night stay at the Sheraton Maui, prior to this we had been at teh Sheraton Waikiki for 6 nights. I have been on Oahu several times, however this was my first trip to Maui. I debated over several hotels and settled on this one because of the location. Check-in went smooth, nice greeting from...

Location of this Hotel is amazing. It was super-convenient because you had the amazing pool area and walk to the beach. You're right next to Black Rock one of the best snorkeling locations Since we had a toddler, we took turns snorkeling which was great The landscaping is plain but feels very spacious - not crowded compared to other hotel...

I never write reviews, but there's a first time for (most) everything! As we drove to the hotel, crossing the other properties, the excitement grew, as I'd read other reviews about the location on the end of the strip next to the highly discussed Black Rock. Front desk was friendly, our room was ready almost two hours early, it was...

Hotel was beautiful!!! Best spot for beach snorkeling. Service was great too. Rooms were very nice and clean and free of any bedbugs which seems to be an epidemic now and these days. The only downfall to this resort is that they charge you a 25 dollar resort fee for every day that you stay at the hotel thinking that...

We stayed a week at the Sheraton Kaanapali and while the view and the grounds were amazing, the service and overal experience at the hotel was slightly above average. The pool and pool bar close early and even the indoor bar is closed at 10:00, so if you wanted to stay out a bit, you were forced to go into...

For this trip, it was just myself and wife. We went on our anniversary and we looking for a nice hotel with a good location. We picked the Sheraton because I am a platinum Starwoods guest and that gave several potential upgrade options. We ended up in a deluxe ocean front room which offered a spectacular view. We watched several...

With lackadaisical attitudes from the staff and management in regards to guest issues and overcharging for average rooms, the Sheraton was a big disappointment. The food and cocktails were average and yet very expensive and the grounds were plain and uninspiring. The spa lacks elegance and style, yet the staff was personable and the massages were relaxing... But again, expensive...

Quick summary: This is a good hotel. The grounds are well-maintained, the pool/lazy river are nice, and the rooms are standard for a Sheraton, if not a bit old. The real draw of the hotel is its location: best beach on the strip, next to Black Rock, and a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Whaler's Village (lots...

The Good: Black Rock is awesome, of course. The snorkeling is great and the views are even better. The resort is clean and beautifully kept. The pools and all that are great. The rooms are average. They are clean and new but by no means did they wow me. I've stayed in quite a few Starwood hotels and this one...
