We loved staying in this spacious unit for our week in Maui. Very comfortable beds, lots of room, big balcony overlooking a clean and suitable pool area. Our son was in the pool everyday and loved seeing the little lizards hiding in the hedges nearby. A very short walk to a couple of great beaches and beachfront restaurants. We hope...

One Napili Way was PERFECT for my family (4 kids). It's close to an excellent beach (50 yards), but far enough away for privacy. My kids loved swimming at Napili beach, too. It has big waves on one side for boogie boarding, and smaller waves in the middle for my little ones. We snorkeled there, too and saw several turtles....

We stayed in unit 101/first floor. It is a spacious condo with three bedrooms/2 bathrooms. There was plenty of space for hanging out in the living/dining room area. The ceiling fans sure helped since it was pretty muggy in September. At night the trade winds would die down and it got hot to sleep. Plus the beds could use an...

This was our first trip to the Hawaiian Islands. We needed accommodations for 6 adults and two grandsons (13 and 19 months old). So about a year out I started to research condos in the Napili, Maui area and settled on One Napili Way. I made a reservation through VRBO paid up front to lock in 2015 prices. A few...

Fourteen family members with four, 3 bedroom units rented for a week. These units do not have air conditioning and that can be a problem especially in lower units and in windowless bathrooms. The units are dated and in need of improvements but the management response to issues was prompt and helpful as was Chris, the maintenance man. The pool...

This is a perfect Maui location. Our place is comfortable and roomy for our family of 4. The owner Dan is always attentive to anything (our coffee machine broke and he had it replaced with a new one before I could even check my phone after texting him). The location couldn't be more perfect, close to the beach, no worries...

What a nice place. We had a condo by the pool and BBQ, had friends over and a wonderful time. Chris the handyman was more than helpful and the ladies seem to love him.Ask about boogie boards and beach chairs, take a short walk to the awesome beach! The grounds are well kept and some awesome plants. Wifi was easy...

My all-adult family of seven booked a three-bedroom Napili Way condo during the week between Christmas and New Years. I've never done a vacation rental by owner before and was really worried about the experience--I had huge fears of showing up during the busiest time in Maui and finding that we didn't have a place to stay. I could not...

We were recently sheduled to check in to One Napili Way when we recieved a call from Dan the Manager to inform us there has been a flood of our unit and as there was no vacancy, we could not stay there. Flying out the next morning to Maui, you could confidently say our anxiety level was high to say...

Aloha Mackracken, We would like to also thank you for taking a couple of minutes to review us on TripAdvisor. Yes, it appears the hot water tanks need to be replace in all 14 of our condos. Aloha friend, Thanks for the review. Yes, we usually have Xterra competitors book up with us about 8 months in advance. We are really close to Kapalua and that makes it convenient for those in the competition, and their family/fans. See you next year!! Mahalo, Dave

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
One Napili Way is a family owned condo complex located in Napili on the island of Maui. Napili is about 10 minutes north of Lahaina and is 10 degrees cooler even at high noon. We enjoy nice gentle trade wind breezes which make for great sleeping weather. It is less than a 100 yard walk from our property to Napili Beach. Napili Beach is one of the best beaches on Maui. Great for swimming with turtles, snorkeling, boogie boarding, floating, SUP, or just plain laying in the sun. Protected from big waves and strong winds, it's also perfect for kids(keiki). If you are looking to "get away from it all" but still have the convenience of stores and morning coffee shop, while staying within walking distance of "your" beach, One Napili Way is for your family. We offer great rates and last minute specials when available. Go ahead and compare, we know you'll love us. ... more   less
