The Kuleana resort is truly wonderful: not too big, large pool, two almost private beaches--(not much shade during the afternoon tough). However, the condo itself (specifically #206) can use some updating: the two A/C are old, loud and ineffective, and the space gets super-hot during the afternoon hours which makes hanging inside simply impossible- even when the a/c is full...

This resort is great.. We stayed in unit 104 and wow what a great location - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Ocean front. Steps from the ocean and pool. The snorkeling was superb - lots of fish and turtles. Watch out for the turtles when you wade into the water, they have no fear and you could bump right into them!...

So we did our homework before booking this condo, and what I can't figure out is why more people haven't as well! One of the best places on the beach in Maui. Unbelievable! I mean other units are close in view, but this one is on the corner. The pictures don't lie...it is awesome. My spouse grew up in Hawaii...

I have never stayed this close to the ocean. We were in unit 402 and within 25 steps we're at the beach! The beach was lovely. Spent every day watching the turtles, careful that they didn't bump into us as we waded in. Some of the units are time share and some are VRBO and in talking with other vacationers,...

To start, I must confess...my family has owned timeshare here since 1977, so I am a BIG fan. I will tell you, however, that I have also "rented" here as a non-owner, and that is a completely wonderful experience as well! The staff at the check-in is great and friendly, and very helpful. Late last summer, my husband and came...

Out our back door was a patio and the ocean was right there. Beautiful sunsets every evening. Out our front door was the swimming pool. We had everything we needed right at resort. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. Very quiet, would go again.

We were very fortunate to stay at The Kuleana Club in early July, 2013! We had a perfectly nice one bedroom condo, with a totally equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, a nice TV, and comfortable bedroom, sitting room, and delightful balcony right on the ocean! Waves are so close here, they really crash! The private beach is small but sheltered,...

We stayed in the 400 building at the Kuleana Resort, and got married right out front. It was absolutely perfect for a small intimate wedding. The resort has two very private beaches that you can only get to if you are staying there or by sea. Our family stayed in three other condos on the property. Our absolute favorite out...

We have stayed in upwards of 15 ocean front properties in Hawaii, Mexico & St. Croix. This is tied with St. Croix for the most beautiful view! The small private beach is gorgeous with golden sand & black lava rocks. Lots of turtles, I almost got ran over by a Honu! We loved watching them from the lanai too! The...

My wife and I stayed in Unit #603 just last week, and I felt that I should post this review as soon as possible. Let me start with the bad, then the good. Negatives: Bathroom was small...that's it. That is the only thing we could find to complain about. This was such a minor inconvenience that it's hardly worth noting,...
