The postcard perfection of Maui’s North Shore (white sand beaches, raging waterfalls, stylish cafes, and world-class surfers) just got even better with the opening of the Paia Inn. This Small Sensitively Designed Inn seamlessly blends modern amenities with the historic character of its building. In a nod to the town’s plantation trade days, the building’s exterior has retained its charm with tin rooftops and rustic hues; yet, the interior mixes contemporary island furnishings with the chic lushness of the Modern Era.

We stayed at the Paia Inn after a few days at the Sheraton at Kaanapali. We definitely got a more local vibe and charm staying in this town. A great starting point for Road to Hana. The hotel itself is pretty bare bones in regards to the layout and the rooms. We stayed in 2 city

We stayed 3 nights in Paia: split between Queen and King Suites. The Queen room was nice, but the King suite was definitely wow! Paia can be sleepy, but has some great breakfast spots, restaurants and bars, nice shops and a beautiful beach. Flatbread Company right next door,

Stayed 3 nights mid January 12-15. My wife, son, & I had a wonderful experience. Our suite located on the upper floor was perfect. Large with a full kitchen. We did not have any concerns about cleanliness. No noise. What was perfect as the location. Right in the center of a

Nice little place to stay in Hippieville. Probably meant for travelers who like to cook since it’s set up with a full kitchen like a VRBO. Pricey for just an over night stay to sleep. $471 But there were other hotels in the $600 - $800 range

We spent two nights at The Pa'ia Inn on our recent trip to Maui. We like the central location as you can walk the town and stay in a very nice place with access to Pa'ia Bay and Baldwin Beach. It is a good option to staying at Mama's Inn at Mama's Fish House which is very

Aloha! Sorry we didn't see this questions earlier! We have a relationship with Fuzion Fit, a locally owned gym about a 10 min drive from our property. Our guests can go as much as they like, and is included in our $15 per day amenity fee (which also includes parking, wifi, beach chairs, towels, salon quality amenities) Let us know if you have any further questions!

No idea maybe trip advisor doesn’t keep up to date. My advice is to call them and ask what is up. They are easy to work with and might give you a break or a different room. I can’t stress enough calling them direct. Hope you can stay there I found it wonderful !! and Paia a cute town. EB

Definitely conveniently located. If you plan to go to Hana, It would be a long day. Many other locations are easily done with a one hour ride from the hotel.

Reservations are not required though I would recommend on a weekend. You can probably take food back to your room, but keep in mind that the rooms are very small and not conducive to eating. There is a table and chairs in the common area where you can eat.

"Room 1, nice room buy only window was in the bathroom. EXTREMELY quiet. maybe 2, 3 or 4?"
"Several rooms are on the main street of Paia town, so might be noisy. My suite was a separate building in back and quite quiet."
