The postcard perfection of Maui’s North Shore (white sand beaches, raging waterfalls, stylish cafes, and world-class surfers) just got even better with the opening of the Paia Inn. This Small Sensitively Designed Inn seamlessly blends modern amenities with the historic character of its building. In a nod to the town’s plantation trade days, the building’s exterior has retained its charm with tin rooftops and rustic hues; yet, the interior mixes contemporary island furnishings with the chic lushness of the Modern Era. We obtain County of Maui vacation rental permits (STPH #2013/0002, STPH #2013/0005, STPH #2013/0007)

I stayed here for one night. Upgraded to the suite, which was fun. Excellent rooms, bed, WiFi, Apple TV, shower had excellent pressure, private access to the beach where there were usually 2-3 giant sea turtles just chillin. But the biggest thing this place has going for it is

My wife and I stayed at the Paia Inn for four nights in February, and loved it!! We stayed in Room 12, which is very spacious. It is like having your own apartment! We loved the large lanai, with a partial ocean view. At night, we were able to leave the door open and fall

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Paia Inn! We booked a petite room, which is quite small for two people (which we were aware of in advance) but we were only there for two nights and it was equipped with everything we needed and provided access to all of other wonderful

I visited for breakfast, which runs until 14:00. The was a reasonable choice of food items and the staff were focussed and friendly. Some of the food items are unusual (in a positive way). Everything was fresh. The prices were at the top end of reasonable. WiFi is available.

Aloha! Sorry we didn't see this questions earlier! We have a relationship with Fuzion Fit, a locally owned gym about a 10 min drive from our property. Our guests can go as much as they like, and is included in our $15 per day amenity fee (which also includes parking, wifi, beach chairs, towels, salon quality amenities) Let us know if you have any further questions!

Aloha - if you are not renting a car for the entire stay, I'd think taxi or Uber/Lyft would be best way to get to Paia. As to a car rental company that will deliver a car to you- suggest you check with Enterprise.

No idea maybe trip advisor doesn’t keep up to date. My advice is to call them and ask what is up. They are easy to work with and might give you a break or a different room. I can’t stress enough calling them direct. Hope you can stay there I found it wonderful !! and Paia a cute town. EB

Definitely conveniently located. If you plan to go to Hana, It would be a long day. Many other locations are easily done with a one hour ride from the hotel.

Reservations are not required though I would recommend on a weekend. You can probably take food back to your room, but keep in mind that the rooms are very small and not conducive to eating. There is a table and chairs in the common area where you can eat.
