We landed in Paia when Hana's accommodation requirements were too stringent. From online search, we located the Paia Inn and booked our room, later upgraded with a private bath from very helpful and concerning Inn contacts. We had no expectations, just more than happy to be on Maui. The staff at the Paia Inn were so easy going and helpful,...

I traveled to Maui with my husband and parents for 10 days. We stayed at the Paia Inn for the last night of our trip in order to be close to the airport for traveling out the following day. Tina was great, super helpful checking us in and getting our car situated. I agree with the majority of the reviews...

We stayed at Paia Inn for two days in a large studio. I liked everything about this trendy boutique hotel. The stuff is excellent, the owner and his family are super nice, room was super clean and the decor is fantastic. We had a little private patio with a water piece to enjoy coffee in the morning. Hotel has their...

We stayed there for the first two nights of our honeymoon and were really pleased. We chose it in part because it was relatively close to the airport - great, as we had been travelling all day and were jetlagged. The first clue about the level of their attention to detail was when one of the staff (Carly, I think)...

The ambiance of this little boutique-type inn surrounds you from the moment your arrive. Located in the very heart of downtown Paia, you are sure not to miss a thing, unless of course you want to! The staff and management are exceptional. A best kept secret is the private beach, not to be missed. Also, the oh-so comfortable beds! A...

We stayed for 2 days in May, had a junior suite, It was actually 2 separate rooms, comfortable bed, small couch that is a sofa bed in the other. Small bathroom, shower and toilet, the sink is in the room with the couch. We were worried about the noise since it's right on the street but the soundproofing was great....

On our third trip to Maui we decided to stay on the east coast and picked the Paia Inn. What a great choice!! It's right in town and we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our 2 bedroom suite was actually nicer than we expected from the pictures. Everything was brand new and very well maintained. The staff...

This is my second time to stay at the Paia Inn. It is charming and I personally think it's in the best part of the island. I like that it isn't overly touristy. The beach area is really beautiful. The Paia Inn has beach chairs and body boards you can borrow daily. I stayed in the upstairs veranda which is...

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending our first two nights as newlyweds at the Paia Inn Hotel. Tucked in a wonderful, artsy community, the hotel was welcoming and friendly. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The postcard perfection of Maui’s North Shore (white sand beaches, raging waterfalls, stylish cafes, and world-class surfers) just got even better with the opening of the Paia Inn. This beach town boutique hotel seamlessly blends modern amenities with the historic character of its building. In a nod to the town’s plantation trade days, the building’s exterior has retained its charm with tin rooftops and rustic hues; yet, the interior mixes contemporary island furnishings with the chic lushness of the W Hotel. ... more   less
