Like I said in the title: our double-bedroom was clean and big enough for two people. Bathrooms were clean, too. Common room was very cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hostel could be nearer to city-center or beach - with a car...More

A wonderful place to meet people from all over the planet who can share their experiences to give you a heads up on what to see and do. Well run with great cooking facilities and a much better alternative to staying in alternative accomodation.

I need to get to Maui Beach Hotel by 7 am from Northshore Hostel to get picked up in time for a tour. The bus doesn't run on time for me to get to the hotel that early--is it unsafe for me to walk from Northshore Hostel all the way to Maui Beach Hotel so early in the morning? Is there a way that I can pay one of the staff members to drop me off at this location if it is unsafe?
